The Warehouse is perfect for the couple that wants rustic charm, and industrial romance. 2425 Warehouse offers a variety of unique ceremony locations. Get married under the spreading limbs of our tall Oak Tree. Customize the backdrop with sheer dapping, lanterns, or antique windows. Say your vows in front of our White Arbor with intricate black gates surround by a white picket fence. Inside the warehouse, enjoy a climate controlled wedding in front of the statement Tin Wall with cafe lights twinkling overhead.

Built from the granite of Stone Mountain, 550 Trackside was established as a Cotton Warehouse in 1904. Over the years, it has been known as The Langley General Store, The Mercantile Exchange, A Feed and Seed Co., the Grinder and the Goldkist Building. We can host up to 160 seated guests and 240 standing with ample amount of FREE Parking. We can help you bring your special day to life with our separate prep kitchen, spacious restrooms, built-in bar and DJ booth, and we even have a separate Bridal Suite. Our seasoned staff is here to help you create the day of your dreams! We have different packages to suit every need with additional things you can add to elevate your event. If you need a smaller venue, we also have a second location in the heart of Buckhead.

The Court Street Livery is a restored barn in downtown Washington, Georgia. It is perfect for weddings, rehearsal dinners and just about any event you can imagine. The big red barn has great details from the past including a soaring heart pine ceiling, brick walls, awesome lighting, a outdoor patio, and a huge open space with four wooden posts. You’ll have access to the barn for the whole day. You can take your time setting up because we rent the Livery for only one event each weekend and you may come in the day before for decorating and set-up at no extra cost. We're largely a “DIY” facility which can make our venue very budget friendly. You'll provide the ideas, decorations and set-up. The Livery is beautiful even with very few decorations. You will choose your own caterer/planner. The Livery has a full catering kitchen. We have a few tables but you'll need to rent additional equipment (chairs, tableware, sound system, etc.). There is ample free parking.

Since 1994 we've been a family-owned business. My parents owned and operated a uniform and linen factory that is still in operation today. In 2001, they opened a linen rental business in downtown Chamblee that serviced the most prestigious clients in the Atlanta area. From Turner Field to Bacchanalia we learned the ins and outs of being hospitable to the hospitality industry. In 2016, we sold the business, and in 2017 we renamed the space to Factory Atlanta. We want to work with people who have a vision for their project, their big day, or their milestone event.

Our seating is amphitheater style and the “stage” doubles as a dance floor! When we’re not hosting weddings, The Atlanta Theater presents comedy shows, productions, podcasts, and much more - so you’re in very cool company! Lazy Betty is the culmination of the Hsu family's, along with Chef Aaron Phillips, love for food and community. Siblings Howard, Anita, and Ron Hsu were instilled with this passion from their mother, Betty, who welcomed friends and family to her restaurant as if it were her home. Chef Ron brings the experience he developed while working in kitchens all over the world, including his time as Creative Director at Le Bernardin, the world-renowned NYC restaurant that has garnered three Michelin stars and four stars from The New York Times.

Upstairs Atlanta is a raw space with industrial and rustic finishes that can be tailored to fit the style or theme of any event. The open space has an arched concrete ceiling anchored by vaulted skylight windows with white brick and concrete floors throughout. The building also features an upstairs cocktail lounge, a large covered patio flanking the reception space and a lower level outdoor terrace. With so many spaces available the possibilities for entertaining your guests are only limited by your imagination.

Rooftop Terrace Located on the East wing of The Roof, the Rooftop Terrace offers unmatched, stunning views of the Atlanta skyline and its lush treetop canopy. The beautifully landscaped wood deck is partially sheltered by a 4,800 square foot semi-permanent tent strung with market lights. It includes a catering kitchen, bridal suite, and built-in bench seating facing Ponce de Leon Avenue and the Atlanta Beltline. Bar Packages available separately and must be provided by our team. Capacity: 400 standing guests / approximately 220 seated guests! Our second wedding area, the Roebuck Room, is a versatile space located in the iconic water tower that rises above the rooftop. We can host up to 75 guests for a full-scale wedding, 100 guests for a seated dinner, and up to 150 reception style, the 11th floor space will be ideal for your private event or exclusive rehearsal dinner. While indoors, the expansive windows still offer our amazing Skyline Views.
