Cottage 84 is our vintage inspired cottage style venue and estate that was built in 1925. The venue is still structured with the original pine walls and flooring and is filled with eclectic and gold, ornate vintage decor and furniture. The indoor dining and the reception area contains floor to ceiling stone fireplaces and our outdoor, covered reception space is equipped with a firestove and heater for those colder nights. The venue is on 1.5 acres of lighted ladscape including our boardwalk and 100 year old lighted pecan tree on our private back lawn area. It includes a catering kitchen, bridal suite, and built-in bench seating facing Ponce de Leon Avenue and the Atlanta Beltline. Bar Packages available separately and must be provided by our team. Capacity: 400 standing guests / approximately 220 seated guests! Our second wedding area, the Roebuck Room, is a versatile space located in the iconic water tower that rises above the rooftop. We can host up to 75 guests for a full-scale wedding, 100 guests for a seated dinner, and up to 150 reception style, the 11th floor space will be ideal for your private event or exclusive rehearsal dinner. While indoors, the expansive windows still offer our amazing Skyline Views.

Built in 1928, the Piedmont Room was first the home of the clubhouse for the golf course that resided within Piedmont Park. Now, it hosts some of Atlanta’s most memorable occasions.
