We offer couples an intimate, Al Fresco Poolside Wedding & Ceremony experience without leaving the city! Imagine a poolside ceremony and reception with soft lights, white-clothed tables and candle centerpieces and sophisticated indoor space with sliding glass doors that open directly to an outside covered patio overlooking the pool, allowing for the perfect indoor and outdoor experience for you and your guests. Our venue is a well-designed canvas that can be used as-is or customized for your style. With three unique properties and 60 lush acres of greenery, we have the canvas to make your vision a reality. The Main House, The Guest House, and The Loft can all be used to provide lodging for your bridal party and loved ones during your wedding weekend.

The Court Street Livery is a restored barn in downtown Washington, Georgia. It is perfect for weddings, rehearsal dinners and just about any event you can imagine. The big red barn has great details from the past including a soaring heart pine ceiling, brick walls, awesome lighting, a outdoor patio, and a huge open space with four wooden posts. You’ll have access to the barn for the whole day. You can take your time setting up because we rent the Livery for only one event each weekend and you may come in the day before for decorating and set-up at no extra cost. We're largely a “DIY” facility which can make our venue very budget friendly. You'll provide the ideas, decorations and set-up. The Livery is beautiful even with very few decorations. You will choose your own caterer/planner. The Livery has a full catering kitchen. We have a few tables but you'll need to rent additional equipment (chairs, tableware, sound system, etc.). There is ample free parking.

Mulberry Chapel was built with love by the Coker family. Every beam, post, and detail was carefully cut, crafted, hand sanded, stained and assembled to match George Coker's vision.
