My husband and I got married at the Northampton Country Club in the fall of 2023. We had 110 people and everyone loved the crisp clean atmosphere of the venue. People had plenty of space to move about and we had a good size dance floor as well! My mother in-law was the one who made the suggestion to get married here as she had attended a wedding the previous year and loved it. We chose to have our ceremony outside on the hill in front of the gazebo and the setting was perfect. The trees had almost fully turned and the backdrop looked amazing in our photos. I loved that I could choose from a list of vendors and not be pressured into a preferred caterer. There was a shuttle from our hotel, which made this location very accessible for out of town guests. I highly recommend this location, you get so much value for what they offer. The bar staff was very accommodating and made the night fun for our guests!

Founded in 1814, The West Boylston Company was a large textile manufacturer in West Boylston, MA. At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. Now, a century later, The Boylston Rooms retains the integrity of the 1814 original mill in every brick and beam. Our rental includes planners and decor at no added cost. I could not say enough good things about this venue. We're SO glad we decided to get married at The Boylston Rooms! The pictures show for themselves how beautiful the venue (and surrounding areas for photography) are, but the staff are what make this place extra special. From start to finish, everyone we worked with was nothing but professional. They were clear and timely communicators, helped troubleshoot things during the planning process, and came with loads of wedding wisdom that helped set us up for success on the big day. When the big day came, I also appreciated how often their staff checked in - even to make sure I was eating (it's the small things!) - and were ready to jump into support anywhere. A special shout out to Myles, who played a supporting role during our wedding portraits, helping me to keep my very long veil under control! A few other things I'll mention: - Their storage room filled with decor you can borrow is SO helpful. Less that you need to buy (and potentially waste post-wedding) and can even make decision-making easier when there are 1,000 versions of the same item online. - Their wedding suites are great to have available too. Obviously for getting ready, but it's also a nice reprieve if you need a quiet moment during the reception. - The Boylston Rooms only works with one caterer, Myer's Catering. Our guests are STILL raving about the food. (There's more flexibility with other vendors). - The Boylston Rooms also owns/is affiliated with The Wedding Day Trolley, which we used to transport our guests to/from the hotel. My partner and I also took some super fun photos inside of the trolley!

The venue itself was beautiful, with the perfect amount of space for our celebration. 6/4/21 was the best day of our lives and Union Station, Neil, and his amazing staff, all Played a huge role in that. My husband and I started the planning process back in 2019, our original plan was 10/2020 150 person wedding. Due to Covid we pivoted to a 20 person micro-wedding. I was blown away by how Union Station helped me along the way. Neil’s professionalism and communication was perfect. He made the absolute best out of covid. We chose Union Station for its charm, and location, I wanted a beautiful indoor setting, (the option for outdoor photos in the neighborhood are endless). But looking back I feel very fortunate that the venue had such a great team. The food was delicious and the presentation looked fantastic. My guests loved our bartender and the great drinks she made. We picked a dj that played acoustic guitar and the acoustics of the venue are perfect! Another bonus you can walk to the venue from the hotel and the town is so cute and fun our guests had lot of fun in the local bars and restaurants!!

We had an amazing wedding reception at the Delaney House. I walked into wedding planning clueless and Nicole helped guide us through the whole process, with selecting an amazing photographer and DJ, to taste testing entrees and wedding cakes, everything went smoothly and as planned! The staff were very attentive during the reception and everyone commented what a beautiful wedding it was, even on a rainy day! We had our after party at the Mick and stayed at the D Hotel. I would 100% recommend the Delaney House!

Our guests also could not say enough about how delicious the food was and how the drinks kept flowing all night long. Chelsea was our wedding coordinator and she took care of everything and stayed in constant communication with us throughout the whole process. My wedding experience at Birch Hill was incredible, and I owe so much of that to Serena and her amazing team! We started the booking process in early March, hoping for a September/October wedding date, and thankfully found one that worked. Serena was an absolute goddess from start to finish—she gave us a thorough tour of all the location options, answered every question, and made the entire process feel effortless. We knew almost immediately that no other venue would compare! Since we were on a tight timeline, I reached out to Serena frequently with questions, and she always responded promptly and thoroughly. By our 90-day planning meeting, we were already so comfortable with everything, and Serena guided us seamlessly through food choices (of which there were so many!) and other details. Her expertise really shone through when I wasn’t sure about certain things; she made it all so simple and stress-free. On the big day, I felt so confident in Serena and her team—it was like everything was taken care of before I could even think about it. I truly felt like I had nothing to worry about and could be fully present in every moment, which made the day even more magical. They thought of every detail, big and small, allowing me to simply enjoy and soak it all in. Speaking of the food—it was hands down the best meal I’ve ever had! We chose the Cocktail Style package and went with a wide range of options, including crispy calamari with lemon-garlic aioli, French onion soup, cider bacon-wrapped chicken, pulled pork wonton bites, and mini grilled cheeses with tomato soup shooters, among others. Every single bite was phenomenal! The prime rib was cooked to perfection, and the mashed potato bar and pasta station were crowd favorites. Our guests raved about the gourmet French fry station that we had later in the night. While we handpicked the items, I genuinely believe that anything else on their menu would have been just as amazing—the quality and flavors were out of this world. At the end of the night, everything was packed up perfectly and already in my car before I even stopped partying! If I had to give any constructive feedback, it would be about the bridal suite. It was a very warm day for late September, and the air conditioning hadn’t been turned on before we arrived, so the suite was quite hot initially. Other than that, our ceremony by the pond was absolutely beautiful. While the mosquitos and some goose droppings were a minor annoyance, the setting was otherwise perfect and so romantic. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Serena’s commitment and attention to detail made our wedding truly unforgettable!

Can’t say enough about the Kenmore Ballroom and the people who run it! My daughter was a covid bride and this venue was still under construction when she was first engaged and because we had to postpone her wedding, we were lucky to secure a date at the brand-new Kenmore Ballroom. Katie and Nate went above and beyond in every way – we were one of their largest guest counts that the venue had yet hosted and they didn’t miss a step! We enjoyed working with them as they were available for our many questions during the planning process. On the day - we were awed seeing our daughter and son-in-law enjoying their first dance together at the top of the beautifully restored grand staircase under the spectacular light from the floor to ceiling windows and sparkling chandelier. They even coordinated our after party turning the onsite bar area into a Irish pub! They have so much experience and unique ideas for planning any type of event I highly recommend the Kenmore Ballroom and Katie and Nate! Not to mention the benefit of having the best wedding planner – Katie O Weddings and Events – thanks again Katie and Nate - from a grateful mother and father of the bride!

This was my first and only venue I toured and I fell in love. We were looking for something very modern and our style and this was exactly that! I was so in love with the large floor to ceiling windows and at night it was absolutely stunning! The outside patio with the fire pits were such a beautiful touch and everyone was loving them all night! The food & drinks were delicious and I have to mention how amazing the staff was to us.. truly wouldn’t have gotten through the night without them! Highly recommend!!

Would like to give Bristol Event Center another applause, from the architecture, the food, down to the staffs, and very special shout-out to Sarah J., for helping us create our dream wedding! I love the fact that Sarah made it so easy to approach her with anything we need. It’s not easy planning a wedding all the way from California, but she helped made it happen. I remember visiting BEC when it was still being built, having to tour with hard hats and everything was all framework and foundation. Sarah went over with us how BEC became established and also showed my wife and I how it’s going to look and we just decided to take that leap of faith and go with them due to how we were able to connect! When we came to check it out when we were visiting town, we were speechless on how beautiful everything was. My cousins and my wedding coordinator did the taste testing for us and they said BEC gave them an experience they never experienced before. If you’re booking a venue to please your crowd, your crowd will definitely have a positive experience they will remember for a very long time. I’ve been to numerous weddings myself and this venue definitely captured my eyes and my stomach (food is amazing). We had the most amazing time at Diamond Mills Hotel! The venue is BEAUTIFUL, and the staff is wonderful to work with. My husband and I also loved exploring Saugerties! Planning a wedding in two months was challenging, but booking Diamond Mills for our wedding venue was the best decision ever! We loved working with Stephanie, Carrie, and Brianne. They are highly organized and professional. Our wedding day was truly magical! Our guests had a wonderful time! We also really appreciate how the staff working on the day of our wedding ensured that my husband and I ate well (and remembered to eat as we interacted with our guests). The food served was delicious and we loved our wedding cake! Another great thing about booking the wedding at Diamond Mills is that the hotel is attached to the wedding venue - it was very convenient for us and our guests! We received a good discount for our hotel block. The wedding package they offer at Diamond Mills Hotel is truly well-rounded! Beautiful venue with indoor and outdoor spaces, catering, open bar, wedding cake, and supportive and amazing staff to help you plan your wedding and ensure that everything runs smoothly during the day of the wedding all for a reasonable price! I used some rental decorations, and the staff made sure to carefully pack everything at the end of the night, so shipping and packing up the following day was easy! We highly recommend Diamond Mills!

Our goal was to recreate the authentic Italian wedding experience that we have come to enjoy in our travels, here in Connecticut-and the Grand Oak Villa delivered! The food is absolutely authentic and delicious, the acoustics and atmosphere are amazing & the decor and lighting is elegant.
