Built in 1927, this historic location was designed by the renowned architect John Russell Pope, who also designed the Jefferson Memorial, DAR Constitution Hall, and the National Archives Building. During our peak rental season, a 60x40ft event tent is included in wedding rentals. Historic Waverly provides the location and property amenities while the Permit Holder provides all vendors, including an approved full-service Caterer and Wedding Coordinator.
