Comus Farm is a charming and serene wedding venue located in Dickerson, Maryland. Steeped in history, this farm has been rejuvenated to host modern celebrations filled with stunning backdrops and majestic settings. A family-run farm, these hosts work hard to provide a welcoming environment to every couple that celebrates their love on these relaxing and secluded grounds. Originally built in 1921, the charming, traditional farmhouse is still intact, adding a historic and rustic feel to your special celebration.

This Georgian styled house boasts flexible banquet space including four gathering rooms, bridal suites and intimate garden and lawn for outdoor events. Kentlands Mansion is conveniently located in Gaithersburg, Maryland with easy access to I-270, nearby hotels, dining and shopping. The Tschiffely-Kent property has been a landmark along Darnestown Road since 1900. The stately mansion was built by Frederick Tschiffely, and later sold to Otis Beall Kent in 1942. The elegant property now belongs to the City of Gaithersburg, and is an ideal venue for weddings, receptions, social functions and business meetings.

Woodend Sanctuary & Mansion is an elegant wedding venue in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Conveniently located just 9 miles from downtown DC, it resides on a private 40-acre nature sanctuary. Built in 1927, this historic location was designed by the renowned architect John Russell Pope, who also designed the Jefferson Memorial, DAR Constitution Hall, and the National Archives Building. Environmentally conscious couples will appreciate this venue’s commitment to nature and wildlife preservation, offering a beautiful and sustainable setting for your special day. The 1764 Mohler House offers the ideal setting for your micro-wedding celebration. Lovingly restored by our family, this historic sandstone farmhouse combines its timeless character with modern conveniences. Our micro-wedding packages include access to the first floor of the house, the rustic cellar basement, an adorable log house, a tent-covered outdoor area, and the picturesque grounds—from 10 AM to 10 PM. Bridal suites and a professional bartender are also included to enhance your experience. For out-of-town family and friends, we offer a three-day package accommodating up to 10 guests to stay at the Mohler House the night before and the night of your special day. The Bel Air Armory is warm and inviting, ideal for celebrating your special day among friends and family. This castle-style building features detailed stonework and turrets, making it an ideal backdrop for any wedding portraits you wish to take. You can even use the Park area of the Armory to hold an intimate ceremony, exchanging your vows against this lovely stonework. Your cocktail reception and dining can take place in the main event hall. This hall features hardwood flooring and generous space that can be used to set up banquet dining for 200 guests with room for dancing. The stage area in the event hall can be used to host your sweethearts table, DJ, or wedding band. This space allows you to play with decor, reinventing it to fit your chosen aesthetic. Bel Air Armory offers the use of tables and chairs included with your rental. In order to fully customize your event, outside vendors are more than welcome.

Historic Waverly Mansion is located in Marriottsville, Maryland. This 1760's era estate is a the perfect setting of an intimate garden wedding and reception! The Mansion and property is owned and operated by Howard County Government's Recreation and Parks Department and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Historic Waverly Mansion is considered an outdoor venue. The property includes beautifully maintained gardens, the historic Mansion, and rustic barn. During our peak rental season, a 60x40ft event tent is included in wedding rentals. Historic Waverly provides the location and property amenities while the Permit Holder provides all vendors, including an approved full-service Caterer and Wedding Coordinator. Historic Waverly Mansion is a Howard County Park. Howard County Recreation and Park guidelines apply to all scheduled events and are different from privately owned venues. The manor was originally owned by Christian Hershey, of the chocolate family, who built the house in the 1700s. During the 18th century, it served as a tavern on the Conestoga wagon trade. In the mid-19th century it became an inn and hosted numerous travelers. Purchased by James Hale & Louise McClure Steinman in 1927, it was fully renovated and restored in 1930 by architect Frank J. Everts. Among the venue’s many visitors was the great-nephew of Edgar Allan Poe.
