This review is long over due! My husband and I hired Ruban as our day of coordinator for our 10/22/23 wedding, and looking back it was the absolute best decision I made while wedding planning!! From our first phone call I could tell how passionate Pat was about her job & learning more about my vision as a bride. Throughout the entire process the team understood what I wanted and never made me feel like to needed to change my vision, which I loved! Although some of the team members were indifferent at some point, but the our main day of coordinator was resilient. She was quick to find solutions to problems on the day of, and our wedding day ran so smoothly because of her hard work. I will gladly recommend Ruban Bleu to anyone looking for a coordinator.

Teyanna and Essence of Flair was truly an answer to prayer. I had a vision of what I wanted for my wedding day and she executed it perfectly. From our first meeting, she listened attentively and made sure she understood the assignment. Teyanna never tried to push her own agenda, what I wanted was always top priority. She was patient and also provided insight that helped me not only in the decor of my venue but in other areas of my wedding. Teyana was absolutely amazing. My wedding ceremony and reception were perfectly decorated and they exceeded my expectations. When I walked into the ceremony and reception area I said this is what I wanted. Teyanna held my hand through the process. If there were negative things happening, I did not know because Teyana was so in control and positive. I got so many compliments on the decor. All I can say is Essence of Flair understood my vision and followed through. Teyanna went above and beyond. Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.

Shay K Events is a life savor! Shay helped us plan our wedding from start to finish. Her attention to detail is unmatched. She became me and absorbed any stress that might have come my way. She was able to handle any situations that popped up and took on all the stress that would have fallen on me. A few days before the wedding, we had an issue with the caterer, I immediately handed over communication to Shay. Shay was able to communicate with and negotiate until the issue was resolved. I could not imagine having to deal with that myself. Oh, did I mention it was a destination wedding? Shay flew all the way down to our state and made magic happen. When it was time to hand over information to the Day of Coordinator, Shay was organized and received many complements from the coordinator. So I usually don’t write reviews but I had to for this because my experience very easy and pleasant. I wasn’t left to plan my own wedding. The wedding planners here were very attentive and they basically helped me plan my wedding. Think of it like we planned my wedding together. The price was perfect too cause wedding planners are expensive. They even hooked me up with transportation and flowers for my wedding. Prestige Planning Co. was really great and I would recommend them to anyone.

Weddings are magical, marriage is magical, and love is magical. However, no one ever talks about how magical wedding planners are. They orchestrate your perfect day and somehow manage to remain unseen throughout the entire thing. Ericka was amazing! Moises and I never stressed about anything on our big day. I have so many wonderful things to say about Ash and Mukul at Cherry Bird events. They helped me plan a party for my sister's 30th birthday and worked closely and diligently with us throughout the entire process. From finding a venue to coming up with logistics for the day of, working with the DJ and venue teams to get a projector and photo wall. Even small things like helping put together centerpieces, Ash and Mukul did it all. And they did a phenomenal job of helping us put together a party that was not only gorgeous, but within our budget. The Cherry Bird team was just such a pleasure to work with. They were incredibly patient with us throughout the process, and on the day of, were so on top of things! By the time I would realize I wanted or needed something, I saw that Ash and Mukul had already taken care of it! Having them oversee this event was such a blessing. The process was seamless, well thought out, and both Ash and Mukul have such a calming presence that we would also start to calm down. I can’t praise this team enough and am so grateful to have had them run the show. And I know without a doubt that every party I have going forward will be organized by Cherry Bird events.
