I was truly in awe of how my event turned out. Donna of DBC Eventz INC. did an amazing job bringing the vision to life. Donna went above and beyond finding intricate items that went with the theme and thought outside the box with the decorations. The entire space was decorated beautifully from top to bottom. Donna understood the assignment and took it to the next level. Donna included me and kept me up to date on where she was with the status of my party. Donna even assisted me with finding the right person to make a cake, DJ the event and take pictures and videos at the event. I was able to have an entrance area, seat all my guest comfortably, have a dance floor, a bar and a separate food area. I will definitely be using DBC Eventz Inc. for my future events.

We worked with the City & Terrace team to set-up a consultation 4-months before our wedding date. We were overwhelmed with all of the logistics. We wanted to customize print items and personal accessories to make them memorable, and we didn’t know where to start. There were also so many additional tasks to juggle, and it was worthwhile to get professional assistance from City & Terrace. They made the planning process much easier, helped up prioritize, and were very attentive to our needs and vision. Lauren guided us through a detailed process and helped us understand how specific deadlines are needed for each of those items along the way. After making a game plan, we felt much more at ease about what was needed leading into our big day. She was also conscientious of our budget and found the best ways to incorporate everything we hoped for. We would recommend City & Terrace to anyone, even if it is only for a consultation!! Lauren is really a master at her craft and was excellent at helping personalize our special day!

I literally cannot say enough nice things about Destiny - she’s extremely organized, reliable, detail oriented, and always made us feel like everything was under control and we didn’t need to worry. She went above and beyond leading up to our day, always checking up on me and willing to help where she could. Her enthusiasm and positivity made the difficult times of wedding planning feel way less stressful. When we had difficulties with a vendor just days before the wedding, she totally put my mind at ease and told me she’d work everything out — and she did! On our wedding day she was equally reliable and amazing and the whole day went really smoothly and we got to enjoy it without worrying and everything looked beautiful. I literally can’t imagine what our wedding day would’ve been like without Destiny, and I completely recommend her to anyone who wants to hire a coordinator that they can trust to think of every detail and make everything happen just the way you’d want it!!

Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.

We eloped at eighteen years old, were married long distance, and designed, planned and executed our wedding day - or move in party, as we like to call it, since it was at the end of three years of long distance marriage!!

Without Fernie, we aren't sure our wedding would have happened! We hired Fernie as our Day of Coordinator, and met with her several times via zoom to go over details. She reviewed our materials and created a timeline for our day. She asked questions that made us think about details we might have overlooked. She did a site visit with us, ran our rehearsal, and was with us every step of the way on our day. Our wedding did not go as plan, and on the fly we were able to create a back up plan. Fernie contacted all of our vendors, and we all managed to arrive at the location around the same time. Over all, we were lucky to have her on our team!

I reached out to Michelle after reading many of her reviews and she immediately brought peace to my overwhelmed mind. I had been in the wedding process for 3 months and I knew I could not go it alone. Michelle was able to put an order to the process and honestly, made the entire wedding planning experience pleasant and fun - exactly how a mother of the bride and bride should feel during this time. Even though I had some of the big vendors already in the process, Michelle was able to suggest the remaining vendors that would fit perfectly into the budget I had left. I wished I had called her in the very beginning. It would have saved a lot of stress. She was very responsive and always made us feel like ours was the only wedding on her agenda. Wow. Where do we even begin? We could not have asked for a better Day of Coordinator. Brooke was everything we needed and more. At every turn, she was so in tune with the entire event. Any snag or potential bump in the road was immediately dealt with by Brooke flawlessly. She plays the role that anyone can only dream of at their weddings. She goes above and beyond and even helped with planning, organizing, setup, and cleanup. To be clear, the extra duties she did were NOT in her job description but she did them anyways because she wanted everything in our wedding to go perfectly. Specifically, she not only made sure all members of our wedding party and vendors stayed organized, timely, and on task but also made sure all of our guests were confortable and made sure their every need was met. She handed out flip flops we provided to guests when their feet were tired, she helped charge the father of the groom’s phone when the battery was low, and came the day before for our rehearsal so we all knew what to do and where to go. The best part was we didn’t need to ask for these things, she just knew how to help and took initiative. Multiple people at our wedding have commented that they’ve never seen a more smoothly ran wedding. Our parents even told us how kind and helpful she was to them throughout the wedding. Brooke has a true talent at her job. Do what you love and your work will speak for itself. Well it’s clear that Brooke loves what she does because she may have just been one of the best (if not the best) member of our wedding team. When we first talked with Brooke she reiterated that her goal was to make us feel like the bride and groom and she did exactly that. Brooke is professional, kind, helpful, and above all does her job flawlessly. We thank you Brooke, from the bottom of our hearts.

A few days before the wedding, we had an issue with the caterer, I immediately handed over communication to Shay. Shay was able to communicate with and negotiate until the issue was resolved. I could not imagine having to deal with that myself. Oh, did I mention it was a destination wedding? Shay flew all the way down to our state and made magic happen. I cannot say thank you enough to Steph! She was absolutely amazing. She was so committed to learning what aspects of the wedding were most important to us and making sure they happened on the day of. For example, we were getting caught up in the dancing and were going to skip the cake cutting. She didn’t push, she just asked, “Are you sure? You told me that this was something that was important to you, so I just want to check”. And I’m so thankful she did that, because it’s one of my favorite wedding moments! She went absolutely above and beyond for us. I am currently in medical school and was so stressed leading up to the wedding, but Steph made me feel like it was possible. She was so organized and wrote out every detail we discussed. She went out of her way to suggest some vendors we were struggling to book last minute, and the list goes on. I cannot recommend Steph enough. She is wonderful and sweet and kind and I cannot believe I found her! We could not have done it without her.

Nina is not what you'd expect of a wedding planner - she is so much more. Besides the fact that she has impeccable taste, an easygoing hat about her, expert knowledge and tons of vendor relations, she made me feel from the first day of hiring her through the moments when the wedding was over and I was sharing photos, that everything would be perfect. Like a coach, she put a few of my expectations, all of my anxiety and some of my to-do list in check, but did so with such professionalism and calmness, that I feel in hindsight her fee was more than worth it. I was apprehensive about paying a planner for something I truly believed I could do. Later than I'd like to admit, I became overwhelmed and seriously behind as the actual day neared. I was referred to Nina by my fiancé's friend [note that my fiancé was so over me planning the wedding me on my own]. I had fun on my day, I was relaxed and look like I was truly enjoying our day in ALL the photos. Adding that Nina also flew in a DJ from Miami who I was and am a fan of. I thought it would be a gazillion dollars, but it was just a little bit more than the local DJs. Her industry experience def gives her an edge and made us look super cool.

My husband and I hired All Set Events to DJ and day of coordinate our wedding. As a person who can be a *little* anxious, I knew I would have a much nicer day if I hired someone to help. As far as the DJ, I still have friends telling me how much fun the wedding was. Our dance floor was filled all night! It was important to my daughter that the wedding be rustic, glamorous, romantic, and start on-time. We had to have frequent and clear communications between the bride and groom, each family, and us as the hosts for the wedding. I loved the timetable Jennifer prepared leading up to the wedding so that details were clear, and all wedding participants would know 'what, where and when' everything had to be done. The wedding rehearsal had its challenges, but that's why you have rehearsals! LOL Jennifer lived up to her promises to me and my daughter -- the wedding started on time and we did not have to scurry about with last minute details. My daughter's vision for a fairy tale wedding came true. Our friends and family commented how the ceremony was beautiful, the reception was fun and both were well executed!
