From venue selection and design to vendor coordination and budget management, our team of experts will be by your side every step of the way to ensure that your day is perfect in every way.	To all of TX and beyond! We take our expert planning skills to your dream destination. Choose your planning service and we calculate the travel costs to be available all wedding weekend!	For the couples who want to put their personal touch on things, our Partial Planning Service is the perfect option. We’ll provide guidance and support in the areas where you need it most, such as vendor referrals and timeline creation, so that you can focus on the fun stuff.	If you’ve booked your vendors and created your vision but is struggling to see it all come together, this package is for you! Three pre-wedding meetings are scheduled to discuss event day logistics and finalize details. On wedding day we coordinate every element to ensure a stress-free day for you and your family. From the final design details to advice and guidance, we are here to help you end your wedding day with ease! (60 days prior)

I just got married in February and Jazzy was my month of coordinator (really 45 days). Jazzy was fantastic!! She was so organized and even gave me some vender recommendations and planning tools to use before her services started. Once the 45 days hit she got right into it! She took over all my vendor contacts to make sure they all knew the details they needed for the wedding. She had multiple planning calls with me and let me text her questions anytime and she always answered so fast. She put together the PERFECT timeline! My hair and makeup went way too long and thankfully Jazzy built in enough wiggle room that it wasn’t a problem at all. On the day of, she made sure my husband and I had zero stress and didn’t have to think about anything but each other. It was such a wonderful day and Jazzy played a big part in making it happen. I HIGHLY recommend Jazzy!!

Jazz was absolutely perfect!! Led us every step of the way and once it got down to the last month before the wedding she took over everything!! My husband and I mentally clocked out the last few weeks before the wedding and stepped right in to take control and make sure everything was done and taken care of. 100% will recommend her in the future!!

All That Jazz Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, they were attentive, proactive, and quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. Their communication style put us at ease throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work was truly top-notch - they helped with all the set up and tear down, and made sure we stayed on a great timeline so our special day ran seamlessly. Such a wonderful coordinator, and my special day would not have been the same without them. I cannot recommend All That Jazz Events highly enough!

Jazzy and Eric were truly INCREDIBLE. We went with a full planning option and they truly handled it all and took so much stress off of my husband and I! Jazzy was communicative, attentive, and so kind throughout everything. It was so nice to have her coordinate appointments with vendors and phone calls. Truly would recommend them to anyone and everyone! They made our day so special and seamless, we were able to truly enjoy our day and be in the moment without worrying about the details!
