Our full service planning package includes a comprehensive approach to planning your dream wedding. From the initial consultation to the final execution, we will guide you through every step of the process. This package includes venue selection, vendor management, design and decor, logistics planning, and day of coordination. We ensure every detail is planned to create a seamless and unforgettable wedding experience for you and your guests.

Our moderate planning package includes everything in the day of coordinator package plus contract negotiations, a detailed wedding checklist and five vendor meetings.

As a day of coordinator, our team works closely with you in the weeks leading up to your wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly. We start by meeting with you to discuss your plans and identify any potential issues or areas that may need extra attention. From there, we create and execute a detailed timeline of the day and communicate with all vendors on-site to ensure all details are executed the way you envisioned.

    I was deeply disappointed with the service provided by Chic Affairs & Events for this wedding . Their communication style was very rude and disrespectful - I witnessed them yelling at people multiple times throughout the day. The quality of their work did not seem worth the high cost, as I have seen similar setups without a wedding planner. They also closed the coffee bar without notice, even while guests were still in line, which was very inconsiderate. Overall, Chic Affairs & Events failed to contribute positively to our special day in any meaningful way. I would not recommend their services to any couple planning a wedding.

    Hi Mandie, We have not worked with a client by your name. However we did close a coffee bar at our clients wedding to help flow the guests to the ceremony seating. Per the request of our bride and groom to close the coffee bar, we followed their wishes so they could start their wedding ceremony.one regards to the unprofessional manner we would love to speak with you in this regard.     Had complaints from family and guests that planned was rude and raised her voice many times. Vendors charged more after speaking with Uma- probably a deal they made off paper.

    As a certified trained wedding planner we do not make any “deals” with vendors. We adhere to vendor contracts. When extra time is required by a vendor for an event unfortunately after the event a client is required to pay overtime. We hope this explanation provides clarity.
