We could not have been happier with how our wedding turned out at Trout Lake Hall. The Hall is an amazing spot with tons of character and Ray, Tiara, and Dana (the TLH team) were super professional and easy to work with. Tiara's attention to detail with her decor and sense of style were impeccable. Between the decor they had set up, to the ceremony site. to the food and bar - they completely blew our expectations out of the water. Trout Lake Hall made our wedding so perfect and memorable - and I couldn't recommend this venue more.

Brix on Main is a beautiful space! I hosted my daughter's 6th birthday party here, and all of the guests were raving about how lovely and unique the venue was. Kids and parents were both very comfortable at Brix. The staff did an amazing job decorating for our themed event. I would recommend Brix on Main for weddings or any type of private event. Brides, you want someone who knows your space when you get to planning final details like where should the bar, photo booth, etc. go. My now husband and I were also planning this wedding from Washington DC with a limited amount of time in Seattle to come onsite to complete venue walk throughs and final tastings. The Venue Manager always accommodated us, coming in on Sunday to do our final walk through. I am so relieved to say our day went perfectly as planned - not a single thing went wrong. I would highly recommend Columbia for their wine and their beautiful space, but even more emphatically because of the Venue's Manager.

If there was a way for me to leave a 10-star review, I would!!! We got married at Georgetown Ballroom and the entire experience from Day 1 has been nothing short of spectacular. From the very first email we sent, we were partnered with Nancy Neyhart to help us execute our perfect wedding, and she went above and beyond. Her commitment to service, communication, kindness, and honesty were so helpful as we planned our wedding. We loved having a single person throughout the almost year-long process that we could rely on and build a relationship with. The venue itself is spectacular. It was colorful, spacious, bright, and funky, all perfect for a March wedding in Seattle where rain was always in the cards. We were able to visit several times, including an impromptu walk-through with our parents to show them the space long before our wedding day. A lot of other venues we looked at would have charged for an extra run-through, but Nancy was so welcoming and even gave our parents the same magical tour she gave us. We also got to visit for a menu tasting which was a fun evening that we turned into a date night. Catering was included in the booking, and the food was fabulous! We went with a taco bar and our guests raved about how different and fun our food was to the average wedding. The price was absolutely fair and in-line with caterers we had been researching before booking the venue. It never felt like GTB was nickel-and-diming us. Every decision was ours to make, with no hidden charges or fees. With Nancy's help, we were able to create the perfect wedding for our budget, our vision, and our guests. We were married at MUCC in August of last year and it was perfect! The church space itself is lovely and looks wonderful in our photos. The sanctuary is especially beautiful with lovely stained glass windows. They also had plenty of space in another area of the church so that we could host our reception there as well. This was really helpful since we had many out of town guests who are unfamiliar with driving in the Seattle area. Beyond that, pastor Marci was really wonderful and met with us before the ceremony to talk about what we wanted. We felt really fortunate to find her, but I believe you can also have your own officiant which is not something many churches allow you to do. We also used their pianist for the ceremony music and he did a fantastic job. Overall everything was very easy and convenient, allowing us to just focus on the day. They are also a wonderful church that contributes to the community, definitely appreciate these folks!

And I could not have imagined doing the day without JJ, our day of coordinator. She made the whole day seamless.

We loved working with the team at HGI Redmond for our wedding welcome party and farewell brunch. April was incredible to work with from day one - she helped us organize two events in two different spaces that both exceeded our expectations in every way. The welcome party was in the HGI's banquet event space, which is an indoor/outdoor space that includes a patio with fireplaces and heaters. We used the indoor space for dinner, and the outdoor space for drinks and pictures. The patio was the star of the show since it was a nice summer evening. They also have an AV setup for you to play music, a projector for slideshows, and microphones for speeches. Elliott, the event manager, did an incredible job wrangling all of the event needs and making sure everything ran smoothly, and some of the event staff even helped us iron the table linens and bring our floral centerpieces back up to our hotel room after the event. The farewell brunch was in the downstairs library area, which was such a cute and cozy space for our guests to say goodbye in. Both events had excellent food - the HGI's in-house catering was amazing, they were able to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten free), and were extremely flexible in handling all our requests and needs. Overall, the staff, food, and event spaces were all amazing and we're so glad we went with HGI Redmond for our wedding events!

We had our wedding on 8/28/21 at the Hyatt and it was everything we envisioned! Originally, our wedding date was 7/18/20, but due to Covid, we had to of course push it out. I had a new Hyatt contact, Katie Clark, and even though she wasn't the original contact I had met with, she really picked up everything without skipping a beat. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and she really blew me away with her communication, organization, and ability to adapt to changes. I miss working with her! On the wedding day, the entire day was seamless and I never felt that I had to panic. I knew our wedding was in great hands. Katie and the Hyatt staff did so much behind the scenes to make our day run smooth and special. From the ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception, and the end of the night, everything was perfect! The venue itself is really gorgeous with the water views and big glass windows. There are so many great spots for photos whether it be on the grand staircase, on the dock, or the front of the hotel. It's just such a perfect location. The food was absolutely delicious! I had so many people come up to me and tell me that they food was really good. The appetizers during cocktail hour were unique and there was a lot of variety to choose from on the menu including late night snacks. The beef tenderloin entree was super tender. Compliments to the chef and staff! I had some additional requests that the venue was able to accommodate and Katie helped me with all the logistics to make sure we had what we needed. I really felt the effort that they put in to make my day what I wanted it to be. I have nothing but good memories of my wedding day and I owe it to the venue and the incredible staff. I highly recommend anyone who is considering the Hyatt Lake Washington location for their next wedding. It was worth every penny!
