Unlimited guests are welcomed to your event (for the exception of our Micro-Wedding & Elopement Package) however, just know that the venue provides enough tables & chairs to seat 120 people inside the Event Barn & 150 chairs for the Outdoor Ceremony Area. Our maximum seated capacity in the Event Barn is about 120 guests and in our Saloon maximum seating is 15 people. We also have additional seating areas under the Covered Pavilion behind the Event Barn, as well as throughout the entire property. We have the only AUTHENTIC WESTERN TOWN with a Saloon, a Jail, a Chow Line, a Cowboy Hotel, a rustic Event Barn and a beautiful Outdoor Ceremony Area. We also offer Overnight Accommodations for up to 10 people!

The Chisholm Trail Rustic Venue was the perfect choice for our wedding! Kathy and Whitney were prompt, concise, and incredibly positive in their communication throughout the planning process. The venue itself had a wonderful rustic and charming atmosphere, providing a truly unique experience and a beautiful backdrop for our wedding photos. Kathy and Whitney went above and beyond to make our day special, accommodating our every need and providing thoughtful (detailed!!) suggestions that elevated our event. Our wedding day on August 19, 2023 at The Venetian Terrace was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped onto the premises to the final gondola exit, every detail was executed flawlessly. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue for our ceremony and reception. This was the only wedding venue we viewed and we put a deposit down the very next morning. Laura McMasters, the wedding coordinator, deserves a standing ovation. Her professionalism, friendliness, and expertise made the entire planning process a breeze. She was always ready to accommodate our requests and ensured that every aspect of our special day was tailored to our vision. Laura's warm and respectful demeanor made working with her a joy, and her meticulous attention to detail truly paid off. We began planning our wedding only 3 months before the big day, and Laura was instrumental in ensuring that our wedding went perfectly. The outdoor setting for our ceremony was breathtaking. Surrounded by the natural beauty of The Venetian Terrace and the surrounding Mandalay Canal, we exchanged vows under the open sky, which added an enchanting touch to the moment. The gondola exit was an absolute showstopper and left our guests in awe. It was a picturesque conclusion to our ceremony, and the Venetian-inspired ambiance added an unforgettable touch of romance. The reception venue itself was a work of art. The elegant decor, the beautiful greenery, and the spacious layout made it the perfect backdrop for our celebration. We received countless compliments from our guests about the stunning setting, and it truly set the mood for an unforgettable evening. Now, let's talk about the food. When you visit, you will see old wood mixed with twinkle lights, chandeliers, & antique stained glass from old church buildings. I'm a wedding vendor (DJ/lighting/photobooth service) who has worked at Clark Gardens and gotten a chance to know several members of the staff there. Collaborating with these folks has been just as beautiful as the gardens themselves! I definitely take notice when other vendors or venues are staffed with great people, as it makes our job much easier. We actually joined Clark Gardens' preferred vendor list after just one event there because we want to return again and again, it was that good of an experience. If you haven't toured the venue, I highly recommend making the trip. It's one of the most gorgeous in all of North Texas, and you'll get to meet some of the great people on their team. They have several spots where a wedding can take place, and these enormous covered areas that are awesome for your dinner and reception surrounded by natural beauty. There's even room to set up lawn games for your guests, and a million opportunities for great photos. Check them out!!

The quality of their work and value was exceptional - the ballroom is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and incredibly convenient. We were lucky to have the full day at the venue and were able to set up the night before, which made the day-of so much smoother. The managers and staff were incredibly polite, responsive, and great at their jobs. Royal Affairs Ballroom has virtually everything included or available, making the planning process a breeze. We got married in April at Diamond A Ranch. Venue 10/10. House 10/10. Casita 10/10. Staff 10/10. They/this place honestly couldn't have been any better. Their communication since day one was amazing. Our day of coordinator (Dani) took so much stress away from us. Since our first meeting with her, we felt relieved to know that we were not in this alone. She went above and beyond. All of our guests kept saying (and still say!) how it is the nicest wedding venue they have ever been to. Nobody wanted to leave and we didn't either. We couldn't recommend this place more.

She was very patient and polite and took the time get to know us before giving a grand fabulous tour of this enormous one of a kind property. She also provided very interesting history of the Olana. Every wedding questions we had Calla had a detailed answer to. The videos and photos on social media of this location do not do this place justice. It is a must visit!

They were so accommodating and easy to work with. We originally planned on just using the park for both ceremony and reception, but wound up using the brand new Venue 1842 as well. Everything was beautiful. Our wedding was in October and we had gorgeous scenery all around us. Flowers in bloom, butterflies flying past. There's so much space and lots of options for ceremony spots. We had three locations we considered depending on the weather. For getting ready, I used the Dodson House, which also served as sort of a home base for family prior to the ceremony. We used the chapel to exit from to the ceremony and also retreated there immediately after. It has a small bathroom which is very convenient for a quick potty break right after the ceremony and before photos. There was plenty of parking for guests. It's a park, which means that people may show up to just use the park, but I think I only saw one person who wasn't a guest from a distance- it's plenty big enough for regular park goers to enjoy themselves while still allowing for some wedding privacy.

Located on the edge of Texas Woman’s University, the chapel is a secluded sanctuary that has held weddings since September 1939, a few months before its dedication by Eleanor Roosevelt. We have two beautiful ballrooms to host the wedding reception of your dreams! The Chapel attendant is present to set up the chapel for the wedding, set up the sound system and instruct your vendors on usage, and to oversee the facility. Our wedding was truly the most magical day! Barnett Estates was one of the first and only venues we toured because we absolutely fell in love. Weddings can be extremely expensive and we were worried about finding a beautiful venue that was in our budget. For the price point you get access to SO many different decorations that most venues don’t offer. Not to mention that the venue itself is stunning. After booking with them a lot of the stress is immediately taken away as they help you through every step of the way and are quick to respond if you reach out with any questions or concerns. We ended up booking with a lot of the vendors that they recommended and I’m so happy we did! The DJ was AMAZINGLY upbeat and kept the party going all night. The food they offered was delicious and we received so many compliments on it! The cake that we got through their bakery was delicious and they were super accommodating to allergies by offering a gluten free cake as well. The sparklers and fireworks we got for our grand entrance made us feel like we were in a fairy tale. The photographer they recommended didn’t miss a single moment and the photos ended up turning out beautiful. The day of the wedding we did have a small hiccup that caused our grand entrance time to be delayed but they were quick to get it sorted with minimal disruption. The rest of the day went off without a hitch and everything came together perfectly. Weeks later we still have friends and family telling us how it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and a lot of that is thanks to Barnett Estates. Overall we could not recommend Barnett Estates enough. Thank you for giving us the wedding of our dreams!

We used Pegasus City Brewery as our welcome party. The iconic Dallas Pegasus was great icon for the out of town guests. I cannot speak more highly of the staff, these are sweet, helpful, patient, and happy people. Partner with this type of team! We made our own cups the size of their standard drink and they were able to use for the event. There’s a pool table, Photo Booth, and plenty of tables. We were super happy with our event and thank the Pegasus Brewery Team!
