Our wedding was truly the most magical day! Barnett Estates was one of the first and only venues we toured because we absolutely fell in love. Weddings can be extremely expensive and we were worried about finding a beautiful venue that was in our budget. For the price point you get access to SO many different decorations that most venues don’t offer. Not to mention that the venue itself is stunning. After booking with them a lot of the stress is immediately taken away as they help you through every step of the way and are quick to respond if you reach out with any questions or concerns. We ended up booking with a lot of the vendors that they recommended and I’m so happy we did! The DJ was AMAZINGLY upbeat and kept the party going all night. The food they offered was delicious and we received so many compliments on it! The cake that we got through their bakery was delicious and they were super accommodating to allergies by offering a gluten free cake as well. The sparklers and fireworks we got for our grand entrance made us feel like we were in a fairy tale. The photographer they recommended didn’t miss a single moment and the photos ended up turning out beautiful. The day of the wedding we did have a small hiccup that caused our grand entrance time to be delayed but they were quick to get it sorted with minimal disruption. The rest of the day went off without a hitch and everything came together perfectly. Weeks later we still have friends and family telling us how it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and a lot of that is thanks to Barnett Estates. Overall we could not recommend Barnett Estates enough. Thank you for giving us the wedding of our dreams!

Barnett Estates made my day so memorable. I keep thinking about how wonderful it would be to get married all over again, just so I could experience this stunning venue once more. The beauty and charm of the space are truly amazing, and it’s made me wish I could relive that special moment again, It’s truly a dream setting. Jana and her team made my day so special. They truly cared about everything that I wanted to get into my wedding day. I cannot thank them enough for making my day unforgettable.

Hands down, absolutely the most extraordinary experience! From the moment you arrive until the moment you depart you are treated as part of the family. The wonderful Osborn family truly exceeds expectations, goes above and beyond and genuinely cares and cherishes every family and bride they host. This is truly the most exceptionally beautiful and unique venue in North Texas complete with multiple ponds, the most magical Texas sunsets, an unforgettable grove of trees, and they also offer an all inclusive day complete with sparklers and fireworks! If you’re ready to sit back and truly enjoy your day in a stress free environment book here immediately!!

Barnett Estates was the perfect place for our Wedding. Everything was beautiful and exactly how I wanted it. The Decor was exactly how I wanted it to be. They knew exactly what I envisioned and brought it to life. The food was great and DJ Astronaut was awesome. We had a blast. It was truly a party. A perfect day it was. I wish I can relive every moment.

Venue rental hours are based on your selected package.

For Large Events: We require $2,000 upon signing your contract to secure your date. For Small Events: We require 50% of the estimated total to reserve/book.

A damage deposit is required prior to your event. The damage deposit is fully refundable within 30 days post-event, as long as nothing major is broken in the venue, all alcohol is served through our bartender(s), and illegal drugs are not found on venue property.

We will have our amazing staff on-site at all times! Staffing is determined based on the package you choose.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.

Yes, we give you the option to use our in-house services or bring in any vendors of your choosing! If you choose to use outside catering that requires kitchen access there is a $300 fee.

Yes! However, you have to purchase our bar package which includes your bartender, set-up and glassware, as well as insurance and a security officer!
