Includes limited permanent décor, tables and chairs for 150. Separate preparation areas for bride and groom, including bathroom for each. Six hour rental for event. Set up may begin 8am, day prior to event to prepare/decorate. Bridal party can arrive 4 hours prior to event. Also includes 2-hour block of time for rehearsal-day prior to event. The barn has 2 guest restrooms and a kitchenette. Includes availability for photos (engagements, bridals).

Includes everything from silver package along with: set up of tables/chairs, table décor including floral arrangements (flower cost additional), and entry décor while incorporating your color palette, likes and personal items. We have a large variety of décor at our disposal. **Bridal bouquets and wedding party bouquets/boutineers are not included**

4 hour rental for your event. Includes limited permanent decor (fairy lights on sides of interior, globe lights hung from above), 2 restrooms, kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, sink). Includes your choice of 60" round or 8' rectangular tables, white chairs for 150 and black tablecloths. Set-up may begin the day of event, 4 hours prior to event. The barn can seat up to 150. However, to allow for dance floor, we recommend 110-125 max.
