Nathan and Bonnie Shea bought the 1006 E. 15th St. building in historic downtown Plano in 2007 and began filling it with mouth-watering aromas from their authentic Italian oven when they opened Urban Crust two years later. The Sheas brought in Salvatore Gisellu for his expertise in authentic Italian cuisine.

We offer the speed of buffet service, the attraction of a food truck, and the freshness of cooking on site! Select pizzas, salads, appetizers, and desserts to be served buffet style to your guests. You can also add on other items from our catering menu to enhance the experience like pasta, wood fired entrees, & more!

    Urban Crust for the win! My husband and I decided to have pizza at our wedding and it was a HIT! From the get-go, our contact, Kali, was so helpful in securing our date, menu, and headcount and was prompt in responding to any questions my husband and I had about our event. The pizza was amazing and as I mentioned, our guests LOVED it (seriously we over-bought on our headcount and there were no leftovers!), and I'm so glad they loved it as much as we did! We even stopped into their brick in mortar to try some items before our event and just...YUM! If you're on the fence about doing this for your wedding, I promise you and your guests will love it!

    Can't recommend Urban Crust enough for catering! The Mobile Pizza oven is so fun, and who doesn't love fresh pizza during your wedding! Their appetizers and desserts are top notch too! Working with Urban Crust was really easy too. They take the stress away from all the other planning aspects of the wedding. They are incredibly efficient and professional to work with.
