Unique Catering started with a passion for food, friends and a love of people. We opened in December 1999 and have catered over 750 in that time. We have always customized our menus to fit our clients culinary tastes and budget. We offer a discount to all active and retired military, police and fireman. Unique Catering has always believed in giving back to those who give so much to us.

With customizing our menus to fit our clients wants. We work to give them the most bang for their buck. If they have a tight budget, we will give them at least some of what they want. It is important to us for their special day to be just that, special. We can also provide, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, Italian, Cajun, Seafood and some Soul food.

    Unique Catering and party planners were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their communication was always concise, responsive and friendly, which made the planning process a breeze. On the day of our wedding, they were attentive to our needs and served fresh food. The food table was organized and efficient. The fruits, veggies, rice and hummus were all delicious. The chicken was unfortunately dry. I do wish that we had asked for additional condiments such as hot sauce. Overall, Unique Party planners did a great job in helping us stay within budget and keeping everyone full! Thank you.

    Neethu, Thank you for the review. I am glad that you were pleased with us, and we were pleased with most f the meal. I will reply to the chicken, the dinner started 2 hours later than was expected and the chicken sat in the chafer, we did all we could to keep it moist.     I love Donna and her catering company! She makes things so easy and stress free! Donna came up with some great ideas too as I was struggling to figure out what we would serve. I never had to worry about the food being great, the attention to detail she would provide, and her commitment to providing excellent service! I WILL absolutely work with Donna again in the future!
