    Goud Thymes Charcuterie and Events was a fantastic choice for our wedding catering. Their communication throughout the planning process was good, and they were responsive to our questions and requests. On the day of the wedding, the quality of their work was amazing - the charcuterie displays and passed hors d'oeuvres looked beautiful and tasted delicious. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our special day was perfect, helping with little details beyond just the catering. We received so many compliments from our guests on the exceptional food and service. Goud Thymes truly helped make our wedding day unforgettable.

    Shalonda was amazing. She was professional and kind, on time and the food presentation was amazing, despite it being a summer outdoor wedding (challenging needless to say!). The guests raved about the food and we couldn't recommend her more. Overall a lovely experience and we will use her again no questions asked if the occasion arises.

    Our guests all raved about this charcuterie! This is beyond the basic cheese and crackers. Even my former professional chef of a father praised our grazing table. Not only that, but Shalonda made us a separate little charcuterie box for us to enjoy privately, which made sure we didn’t miss out on all the good stuff! It was absolutely worth it and I wouldn’t have changed a thing!
