A luxury catering and private chef company located in Dallas-Fort Worth, Vail and Park City. We understand what goes into creating a flawless and memorable event, and are here to help with every stage of planning to take all the stress off of your plate.

Red Maple Catering is a chef owned company who specialize in full service offsite catering. We are happy to handle everything from your bar (including signature cocktails and wine pairings), event rentals, wedding cake and desserts. Our friendly and professional staff all have a minimum of 2 years experience in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel and we are one of the few caterers in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex whose chefs actually cook onsite at your event - meaning no soggy food from a hotbox! We would love to welcome you to our tasting room on our small farm in Aubrey, aka horse country USA.

It was important to us to have a unique menu for our wedding reception and we are beyond impressed by Red Maple Catering. Johan and Taylor came up with a Spanish Tapas style menu and we are in love with how it turned out! Johan's creativity and skill in the kitchen combined with Taylor's exceptional skills with clients makes them a dream team. Taylor knows all the right questions to ask in order to cover all food and equipment rental bases. I cannot reccoment Red Maple highly enough!

I have know Red Maple and the owners for a few years now. I find there personalities and business style very accommodating . Their food is 5 star, never disappoints. They are awesome.
