About this venue

Our rustic, elegant venue was originally a horse farm that trained champions. In 2018, we converted our main barn into a venue. We wanted our venue to have a look all its own. We mixed old wood, rustic hardware, & treasures with new things to create the stand-alone one-of-a-kind look & vibe this venue has today. When you visit, you will see old wood mixed with twinkle lights, chandeliers, & antique stained glass from old church buildings. Putting these elements together has created a gorgeous warm & inviting space. Our venue also offers an attached covered pavilion(with drop-down windscreens for inclement weather) & twinkle lights above. This is an excellent place for most of our ceremonies. We love having the bride hidden behind the big wooden doors that slide open for her entrance! This fantastic space doubles as space for additional partying as the night goes on! We are dedicated to ensuring your event is fantastic & will be on-site

Jm Prosperity Farm Rustic Barn Venue

JM Prosperity Farm Rustic Barn Venue is a renovated 3,375 square foot indoor space, complete with a rustic-chic bridal suite and private bride’s bathroom, grooms room, ADA women’s and men’s bathrooms, and catering kitchen. The venue also has an attached additional 1,520 square foot open-air pavilion space with drop-down windscreens for inclement weather. We offer indoor, outdoor or partially outdoor wedding ceremony and party areas. The wood inside the venue is mostly reclaimed barn wood. We have mixed the vintage barn wood, our true horse stall latches, reclaimed stained glass church windows, chandeliers, and twinkle lights to create a space that is truly unique! The uniqueness, beauty, elegance, and location of our farm, complete with gorgeous horses and backdropped by tree-lined hills makes it the perfect venue for your special day.

    From the very first interaction with Jan and the team at Jm Prosperity Farm Rustic Barn Venue, we were blown away by their thorough, caring, and accommodating approach. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our special day was everything we had ever hoped and dreamed it would be. Jan was incredibly helpful, constantly checking in with me and my wedding party to see if there was anything she could do to help out. She made sure all of our vendors knew exactly where to go and how I wanted my vision for the decor to come to life. The venue looked absolutely stunning in our photos - the level of detail and beauty was beyond our expectations. We are so grateful to Jan and the entire Jm Prosperity Farm team for making our wedding day run so smoothly and for creating such a magical experience for us and all of our guests.
