Catering By Dale began over 22 years ago as an off-premise catering company. CBD is now the proud owner of Copper at Dorset, our new commercial kitchen, offering takeout lunches and weekly meals, event space with food and full bar service, ticketed theme parties and all of our off-premise catering including, regular clients, weddings and corporate events.

At Idletyme, we offer the latest in brewing and cooking techniques. Our Events Coordinator will assist you through every step of planning your event at Idletyme; assisting with timing, logistics of the event, menu selections, and helping choose suitable vendors as needed.
