Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the inn maintains 19th century character and charm while adding modern conveniences. Multi-paned windows offer stunning views out toward Dewey’s Mill Pond, the Ottauquechee River, and the majestic spruce and hardwood trees that tower over the property. Catering By Dale began over 22 years ago as an off-premise catering company. CBD is now the proud owner of Copper at Dorset, our new commercial kitchen, offering takeout lunches and weekly meals, event space with food and full bar service, ticketed theme parties and all of our off-premise catering including, regular clients, weddings and corporate events.
