We offer the whole package, with beautiful ceremony locations, a tented reception venue on a brick courtyard nestled between a historic red barn and a picturesque meadow, and fresh, local cuisine made in-house. Our on-site team is here to work behind-the-scenes from start to finish to make sure that everything runs smoothly so you can soak in the day. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the inn maintains 19th century character and charm while adding modern conveniences. Multi-paned windows offer stunning views out toward Dewey’s Mill Pond, the Ottauquechee River, and the majestic spruce and hardwood trees that tower over the property. Each room and nuance of the inn has its own unique story to tell.

From wedding welcomes to corporate gatherings, the Tap Room at Switchback is a unique venue perfect for all types of parties and celebrations! (Well-behaved furry friends are welcome in our Tap Room space!) Formerly open to the public as the main bar and tasting room, the Tap Room is a fan favorite featuring lots of natural light and a large copper bar. The space also includes an outdoor patio that can expand the footprint of your event and allow guests to enjoy all that the beautiful VT seasons have to offer.

Catering By Dale began over 22 years ago as an off-premise catering company. CBD is now the proud owner of Copper at Dorset, our new commercial kitchen, offering takeout lunches and weekly meals, event space with food and full bar service, ticketed theme parties and all of our off-premise catering including, regular clients, weddings and corporate events.

Waterworks is located inside of the historic Champlain Mill situated alongside the beautiful Winooski River. With a 3-season deck and River House private events space, Waterworks offers options for micro weddings, or up to 200 guests.

Are you dreaming of an “Adirondack Wedding"? The Lake Harris Lodge will make your dreams come true. The lodge opened January 2nd, 2020.
