Our rows of lush vines, picturesque hilltop gazebo, koi pond, fountain, and signature red barn are just a few of the endless photo opportunities offering the perfect backdrop for your wedding day. Imagine your “I Do’s” in our beautiful gazebo overlooking the vineyard or a cozy fireside ceremony underneath a mantle full of twinkling candles and café lights. Take advantage of our outdoor cocktail hour option and enjoy all the grounds have to offer. Celebrate your nuptials in our unique post and beam venue boasting cathedral ceilings with a loft, suspended catwalk, and detailed iron accents. Our open concept layout offers amazing views from every seat in the house. A fairytale wedding from beginning to end!

We plan, arrange, and cater events—weddings, bat and bar mitzvahs, showers, reunions, small gatherings, memorial services or anything you can think of, indoors or outdoors. We host events here at the Curtis House, our 1850s Dutch Colonial. The summer home of George William Curtis, then the editor of Harpers Weekly. It’s a charming, sprawling old house that abuts the town green. During warmer months events take place in our gardens and the fully restored late 19th century barn. Whatever you imagine for your event, we're here to help you realize your dreams. We'll help you every step of the way, from planning and budgeting to coordinating the day. We open our home to you and take away all the stress of planning your dream day. We want to make your day about who you are.

For many years, Mamma Maria has built a unique reputation for distinctive and memorable private events. The five dining rooms in our 19th century brick townhouse have hosted receptions for numerous Fortune 500 executives and their companies, as well as many local families. Equally important is the trust placed in Mamma Maria to preside over many special moments in the everyday lives of our guests –a proposal of marriage, or a wedding rehearsal dinner. The most unique feature of Mamma Maria is its residential and historical character. Diners have the option of proceeding down a parlor-level hall to our Rossini and Puccini dining rooms, or else up a winding staircase to the Verde, Piccolo and Terrazza dining rooms. Mamma Maria is really five distinct dining areas -- ranging in size from a one-table private enclave for four, to a large dining room which, along with an adjoining terrace, can accommodate up to 70 diners. Complete buyouts for up to 125 can also be arranged.
