Elevating the art of weddings into a three-day celebration of love, The Arnold House redefines the wedding experience, offering a personalized approach tailored to you. Peak season is considered mid May through the end of October and requires a minimum of 120 guests and a maximum of 200 guests. The Brewster Inn is a fine dining establishment with several different dining rooms to accommodate both small and large parties. We are able to host private functions ranging from 20 – 50 people and wedding receptions up to 180 people. We also have 17 beautifully appointed guest rooms, five of which have breath-taking views of the lake. Our brick terrace with a seasonal awning overlooks the spacious lawn down to the lakefront and is a perfect setting for dining and dancing. For your convenience we have created two wedding options – sit down and food stations, each of which is based on a four-hour reception. In-season, weddings are held primarily on Saturdays. We offer afternoon weddings from 1-5pm. There are some exceptions during the off-season for smaller more intimate receptions.

Callicoon Hills is best suited for an entire weekend of wedding events. Greet your guests with an early evening cocktail and rehearsal reception on our porch overlooking activities on the lawn. Catch up over coffee or a morning mimosa. Experience nearby recreation, small towns, or just relax. Spend your evenings in the bar or by the fire pits. Then plan your Ceremony and Reception by making the Barn your own. Before you leave, spend the day by the pool to top off an unforgettable weekend. We typically host Barn events May thru October for up to 200 guests, although more may be accommodated with flexible seating arrangements. Our banquet room can hold up to 100 guests for a seated event all year round.
