Where do I start? As a wedding planner, this is one of my favorite venues. From the ceremony site that overlooks the pound to the breath take arch you have for photos. I love this place. Your guest will feel like they're out in the middle of fields!!! Now let's talk table all the space inside the venue. They have such a great space. You can have a fully seated dinner and room for a great dance floor ao your guest can dance. night away! I hope to see you soon at the venue for your wedding!

Spring House is a beautifully restored 1920s mansion, and we do feel it lends itself well to romantic celebrations. Rather than having set packages, we do prefer to work closely with our clients to tailor the event to fit their vision for the day. Spring House can be utilized in a variety of different ways, and we have hosted very intimate receptions for 12 guests, to weddings for 250. We host beautiful ceremonies on our outdoor terrace in every season.

Our outdoor pavilion offers a covered area for about 40 guests in addition to larger open area for tents, dance spaces, and seating for up to 500 people that overlooks some of our rolling pastures, home to our Black Angus cattle, herd donkeys, and family horses. Our Indoor Ball Room space, once a repair garage, converted into a more elegant, yet rustic space for all to enjoy. This space offers a prep kitchen for your preferred caterer, bridal suite, and a large heated/cooled reception or ceremony space for up to 200 guests. Boxcar Bar Arcade provided a beautiful and unique space for our wedding, but the communication leading up to the event was a real challenge. The lack of an on-site event coordinator led to some miscommunication and confusion during the planning process, especially around the bar and bartending services. However, the on-site staff were quick to resolve any issues that came up and ensure our guests had a fun and memorable time in the vibrant, arcade-themed atmosphere. Overall, Boxcar Bar Arcade offered great value for the space, but couples should be prepared to take a more hands-on approach to planning and coordinating with the venue. Highly recommended bringing day of coordinator service at this venue

Green Gables Farm was the perfect place for our wedding. Their communication was timely, primarily via email, and they were very responsive to our questions and requests throughout the planning process. The venue itself was charming, comfortable, clean and organized - creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for our bridal party and guests. Christi and her team pulled everything together seamlessly, coordinating with our other vendors to ensure the day ran smoothly from start to finish. The photo booth was a great addition to our wedding and Christi even took the time to send us photos left behind. We ended up having one of the coldest days of the year for our wedding, but the team did everything possible to make our guests comfortable. It was still a wonderful day despite the cold. We're so grateful to the Green Gables Farm team for helping make our special day absolutely perfect. We cannot say enough about Green Gables and their coordination team! Book this venue! We knew we wanted a barn venue and looked at several. From the minute we started dealing with Jeremy we knew this was our place. He runs a great venue and is overly helpful to ensure you have a great day. There are multiple ceremony options, we went with the stone arch. We loved having different areas for the wedding for cocktail hour and reception. The backdrop around the venue made for great pictures. We enjoyed the new groomsmen area too! We had the opportunity to work at Magnolia Woods two consecutive weekends. The first week with Jodie one of the owners and Amy the Office Manager. The next week with Heather the other owner and Chris the Day of Coordinator. They were all extremely professional and made sure our couples were very well taking care of. During the week before both events, we had an on-site visit and communicated by email with Amy. She was always prompt with her responses and very accommodating. Needless to say, the whole team for both weddings were equally accommodating. Magnolia Woods also provide off-site catering as well. I would highly recommend Magnolia Woods to anyone looking for a venue for any type of event. Awesome team of professionals, great location, delicious food, and a very nice facility.

There is a full commercial caterer's kitchen, public bathrooms, and grooms suite. The open but covered grand hall is 6000 sf with 2 huge chandeliers, Edison string lights, post lights, and a huge rock fireplace. There are also motorized curtains on the west side that can be closed or opened with a touch of a button.
