This Neo-Classical Greek Revival-style Historic Landmark, once the area’s post office and Federal building, is now an elegant three-story 72,000-square-foot venue located in Winston-Salem’s Downtown Arts District. Here you’ll find a variety of beautifully dramatic spaces, world-class amenities, over-the top technology, and unparalleled five-star service. The Millennium Center is Winston Salem’s largest privately owned event venue, host to everything from corporate events and meetings, major National charity events, local nonprofit fundraisers, elegant weddings, and galas.

Millennium Ballroom & Grand Lobby

Main Level: The heart of the Millennium Center

The Grand Lobby has two adjacent bar/lounges: The Maya Bar with hand painted quotes by Dr. Maya Angelou and the Art Gallery Bar that features murals from local Winston-Salem artists. The Bars and The Grand Lobby can accommodate 300 or more guests for cocktails. The Millennium Ball room has 20 crystal chandeliers, maple hardwood floors and original brick columns that can be dressed with white fabric for a more formal setting. The room has three permanent bars, two along the sides of the ballroom and one along the back wall.
