Its sanctuary was constructed in 1882, making it the second oldest religious structure still standing in the Town of Amherst. The Space Downtown was created in late 2010 by owners of chefs Tim Burgess and Vincent Derquenne. The cottage is separated into 3 levels, two bedchambers, two full baths, library, atrium, full kitchen, woodburning stoves and upper and lower patios with an outdoor stone fireplace. The Wool Factory is a historic wedding venue that is located in Charlottesville, Virginia. The industrial design of this building has been preserved, providing a breathtaking, clean, and elegant aesthetic. This stunning venue was born from The Historic Woolen Mills, a 19th-century textile mill located just one mile from Downtown Charlottesville. The structure is home to an open and airy event space, a craft microbrewery, an artisan-style restaurant, and both a coffee and wine shop. This beautiful venue offers in-house catering overseen by Executive Chef Tucker Yoder.
