Formerly St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church, originally built in 1850. The building was deconsecrated in 1974. That same year the building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places. In 1981, The Verdin Company, North America's oldest bell and clock company, purchased historic St. Paul's Church. The beautiful building housed The Verdin Company corporate headquarters and the Verdin Bell and Clock Museum. In the late 1990's, The Bell Event Centre was created in St. Paul's Church. Please contact us on our website or email us directly. We first used our barn for our daughter's wedding because she wanted to have her magical day in the barn and backyard she grew up in. During our wedding, guests kept telling us "what a great idea to use this for a wedding". We had our first Big Barn Venue wedding in 2018 and we continued to book more dates throughout the wedding season. Our barn does not have heating or air so we cannot accommodate much farther outside of the months of June - October. Our brides, grooms, family and friends that have visited the barn for a wedding have truly enjoyed the country scenery we offer and also the amount of space the wedding has to use for a reception and ceremony. Photographers love the fields and they enjoy using almost all of the 200 acres for beautiful photos and videos.

Standing the test of time since the 1800’s, the Baum Opera House has played a significant role in the life and history of Miamisburg. Constructed by Charles Baum, a German immigrant and businessman, it began as the Star City Opera House, one of the finest in Ohio. For 135 years the Opera House has contributed to the culture and history of the city and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Black Walnut Grove Estate is located on a historic family farm in West College Corner, Indiana just a few minutes west of Oxford, Ohio. This beautiful country estate features a historic 19th-century farmhouse, a rustic timber frame, post and beam constructed barn with hand-hewn wood throughout, and a mid-century two-bedroom guest cabin. Although the house and barn are no longer part of a functioning farm, the current owner has transformed the 11-acre grounds into a cozy and elegant venue, complete with plenty of vintages and rustic charm, for weddings and other events.

The Elisha Morgan Mansion is a Flemish Bond brick farm mansion, built in 1817, and stands as a treasured historic landmark in the City of Fairfield. It has been determined that the house, as it presently stands, was constructed in three stages. The original Federal-style front portion, facing Ross Road, was built for Elisha Morgan in 1817. The second Greek Revival-style extension was added in 1858 by David Hueston. There is also a one-story third addition with a shed roof.
