I recently had the pleasure of working with Maria for my wedding, and I am beyond thrilled with the stunning floral arrangements she created. My theme was Beauty and the Beast, and I wanted all red roses to capture that enchanting atmosphere. Maria's flowers were absolutely beautiful and blossomed perfectly, adding a touch of magic to the day. The centerpieces were stunning and put a real life feel of the enchanted rose. The bouquet, in particular, was my favorite. It made me feel like a real princess! Maria took the time to understand the ideal look I wanted and went above and beyond my expectations. Her attention to detail and creativity truly brought my vision to life. I am incredibly grateful for Maria's hard work and dedication. She is such a genuine person and made sure I was 100% happy with everything. I will definitely be recommending her to anyone in need of floral services. Thank you, Maria, for making my wedding day so special with your beautiful

Jenae Marie

5.0

  • Starts at $2,500
  • Serves Thousand Oaks, CA

My name is Jenae and I am the lead designer at Jenae Marie floral. We are a family owned business based in Simi Valley. We draw our inspiration from our customers and are dedicated to creating the wedding of your dreams.

We used Jenae Marie this time just to put together a sympathy arrangement for a co-worker who lost a loved one and she created an absolutely beautiful display - far beyond what we expected. It was gorgeous. She typically just does weddings and events but she really did us a solid. She was super easy to work with - we gave her the address, what we were looking for, the budget and she ran with it. She came in with more than what we expected, under budget, and delivered the arrangement same day. By far the best experience that we've had with a florist - she went well above and beyond for us. We will definitely be using her for everything that we do.

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers

4.8

  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Thousand Oaks, CA

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
We were on a strict budget for our wedding. I knew that florals would be the best way to save on some of the huge wedding costs. I found out about Flower Moxie from googling where I would get wholesale flowers. I was immediately hooked once I saw the flower options, tutorials, and worksheets to help plan out my special day. I am very big on organization, and this website had resources for every step of the way. I found the perfect combination of flowers for my boho wedding. I ordered the flowers about 2 months before our big day. It was a destination wedding, so I was checking into our airbnb on the day the flowers were arriving. I had them scheduled to be delivered at the Fedex holding center near by. I thought the company only used Fedex shipping based on my research. I went into full panic mode when I saw the flowers had been shipped by UPS. I immediately called UPS and Fedex, and to be honest I was stunned at the behavior on the other side of the phone. The flowers were still in transit, and no one would help me with rerouting. I called Flower Moxie to see if they could change things on their side as they were the sender. Luis answered the phone and it felt like I finally had someone looking out for me. I had already spent 4 hours on the phone with the shipping companies and gotten nowhere. Luis said he was on it and not to worry. I ordered enough flowers for 18 centerpieces, 70 bud vases, 8 bouquets, and 1 flower arch. Needless to say, it was quite the ordeal to reroute everything. Over the next 48 hours, Luis kept in constant contact with me about the progress of the shipment. I know I was on the phone for at least 6 hours with this ordeal, and I wouldn't be surprised if he had spent about 15 hours talking to UPS, Fedex, florists, and customs to get me my flowers. He made me feel calm and taken care of. Everyone was coming to me with questions and concerns the entire wedding week, and I can't express how it felt to have someone have my back, and take an extremely big tasks off my plate. I would absolutely recommend this company for DIY brides. And I hope this review is seen by Flower Moxie to highlight an outstanding employee with excellent customer service. In an age when it takes time and multiple attempts in order to talk to a person on the phone, I am so appreciative of the effort that was given by Luis for my wedding day. He made me feel like it was an important event for him too. Thank you Luis for making my wedding dreams come true! My sister also mentioned you in her MOH wedding speech. We were all impressed :)

Jen was AMAZING to work with! When it came to flowers for my wedding, I had NO IDEA what I wanted. She was very patient with me and helped talk me through my vision. She gave me flowers to pick from, talked about how big I wanted my bouquet and how much greenery I wanted, and then when I could find colors I liked in swatches, she color-matched the colors I wanted from an inspo pic I found online! She was very professional and patient with me, even when my plans changed or I needed to add to my order.  I am not the best at putting together a bouquet. I am also someone who likes control, especially when it came to planning my wedding. I was thankful that I was able to give Jen the reins, tell her what I wanted, and watch her make my dreams come true. When I first saw my flowers, I was speechless. She truly did make my floral dreams come true, and now I get to keep my bouquet for the rest of my life! A wooden flower bouquet from Jen is the way to go!

I was very happy with Christine's work for our wedding flowers. She took my inspiration photos and in a matter of minutes, during our initial consult, pulled together an example bouquet that was just gorgeous! She also designed something very special for our dessert table based on inspiration photos and it added that extra interesting spark to the room...really can't say enough about her work. Her prices are fair and she is a delight to work with!

Our studio is free of plastic based foams and reuses and recycles almost everything. We specialize in micro weddings under 70 guests and elopements with an A La Carte Menu. And full service design starting at $6k.

Alyssa and her team were absolutely perfect. I was referred to her by my friend who is a wedding planner when I was having a hard time finding a reliable florist. I was a very confused bride because I had no idea of what exact vibe I wanted. My first call with Alyssa, I left actually in a good mood and hopefully for what she was going to create. I gave her a couple white floral designs I had seen and told her I loved the disco ball trend I was seeing and kind of gave her creative freedom with that. ** always trust your vendor remember their the professional. She was so attentive, fast at communicating and took initiative. I never felt like I had to micromanage or wonder what she was up to. Something she did that was so amazing was provide a PowerPoint walking through every detail from boutonnières, bouquets, table designs, literally everything. It made the designs come together and left me with zero stress. She was there day of to make sure everything was perfect. My personal favorite choices her and I decided on that were her ideas were her custom white arches for ceremony and all the bridesmaids all had different white bouquets. I also loved her use of natural fruits on our tables. My guests LOVED the arches, and I had guests eat the fruit at dinner hahahah so it made the night memorable and fun. But forreal the arches were incredible one of my favorite things about the day. I could go on forever, Alyssa is truly the best. I would trust her with my cats, my first born child, and with my life. Choose her :)

Hijinx Flowers

5.0

  • Starts at $1,500
  • Serves Thousand Oaks, CA

From a background in the film and television industry to currently working in the wedding industry, I've brought my love of visual style and flowers together. My favorite aspect of working on weddings is working with the couple to figure out the style that speaks to them. From sleek and modern, to romantic and lush I can make it happen.

I think flowers are the most important part of the aesthetic for any event- they quite literally bring LIFE to the experience, along with color and softness and movement. I found the perfect person for the job in Jackie and I would fully recommend her to anyone who wants their florals to be artistic and professional! Jackie nailed down the specifics of my color palette when I said I wanted “warm citrus tones.” She totally understood the loose vibe that I was looking for, and confirmed that when she sent me mood boards and specifications ahead of time. She worked within my budget, waking up early to get flowers from the LA Flower Market. She even found a way to incorporate my friends by hosting a flower garland making party! She was the vendor I didn’t have to worry about- I completely trusted she would be where she needed to be, she would understand my vision, and she would make sure things ran seamlessly. She is cool as a cucumber under pressure and her arrangements have character. I am going to use Jackie for all of my events going forward!

I have 100% found my go-to florist. Farryn is amazing on all fronts - very efficient and clear communicator, excellent service, so kind, and she has an exceptional, visionary eye for floral design. She perfectly captured not only the color scheme, but expertly arranged the florals and small details to execute the vibe I was going for with my bouquet. Her touch made a super special day that much more special. I couldn’t be happier with how my bouquet turned out.

Welcome. Amor Sin Flores first opened its virtual door on Mother's Day 2019. Our shop owner is an LA native who learned the art of flowers as a college student. Working with floral shops and even in the Los Angeles Flower Market. Our mission is to provide quality luxury blooms with fair pricing while supporting growers in the industry who practice sustainability and fair wages. Our blooms are imported from worldwide growers for quality and freshness. As a small family-owned business we strive to bring care and quality to each arrangement delivered. As our name translates: love without flowers, isn't love at all.

Amor Sin Flores was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding flowers. Veronica's communication throughout the process was timely, thorough, and always accurate, which put us at ease as we planned the floral details for our big day. The quality of their work was truly beautiful - they were able to create the exact look we had envisioned, and the value was well worth it. Amor Sin Flores was also incredibly accommodating, working closely with us to stay within our budget while still bringing our vision to life. They truly helped set the scene and make our wedding day feel extra special. We couldn't be happier with the service and results from Amor Sin Flores, and we highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding.
