Poppy Pod is a full service floral design studio based in Santa Barbara and owned by Julia Bystriakova who has over four years experience designing flowers and loves nothing more than creating stunning designs which are tailored for each individual event. Our services include weddings and events floral design in Santa Barbara and surrounding area.

We work in all styles of floristy. We accommodate any budget (no budget minimum). Consciousness and minimizing our waste are our priorities. We reuse, reduce and recycle as much as possible and only buy whats necessary.

    We can’t say enough amazing things about Julia with The Poppy Pod! She was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding in Paso Robles . From the start, she totally got what we were going for and made it even better than we imagined. The flowers were gorgeous—romantic, natural, and a perfect match for the vineyard setting. The bouquet and the centerpieces were all thoughtfully designed with the prettiest blooms and little details that made everything feel so personal. Julia planned, created, and set everything up by herself, and the results were just incredible. On the wedding day, she showed up early and turned the space into a perfect vineyard wedding setting. Our guests kept commenting on how beautiful the flowers were, and we can’t stop looking at the pictures! Thank you Julia for the unforgettable wedding florals!!
