fell short
I booked Artimigo months before my wedding and Emilys communication and customer service was great, she was polite attentive and really seemed to understand my vision. However, the week leading up to my wedding things seemed to have changed, our communication via text seemed to lack, I would ask her questions about when I could have my flowers delivered and arriving to the venue she didnt give me an answer until the day before of the wedding. But what really disappointed me was that we had met at the flower market to pick flowers for my bouquet and I had specifically mentioned that I did not want eucalyptus leaves in my bouquet and that I wanted red garden roses and dahlias and a few other flowers. Well when my flowers were delivered there where eucalyptus on the bouquet and the bouquet wrapping was very messy and the ribbon used to wrap it was tearing at the edges. This same messy torn ribbon was also used to wrap boutonnieres and courages on my bridal party. The last thing that I was disappointed in, was I had ordered another bouquet to toss at the reception and when i grabbed it to toss it wasnt tied together. It was a bundle of loose flowers. I had to grab a dinner napkin to tie it together and toss. It was a very unfortunate, I dont know if i was expecting too much by having two neatly wrapped floral bouquets that are tied and a ribbon that is not tearing at the ends.
Response from vendor•Nov 11, 2024Hi Gabriela! Thank you for your review. We were in constant contact leading up to your wedding, I have texts Oct 14th, 21st, 25th, 26th. The ribbon used for your bouquet was the same vintage, flowy ribbon that was described to you at your booking. At delivery, you were asked if everything was approved and okay. You were not charged for having multiple delivery locations. In addition, you let us know that strike was at midnight a few days prior to the wedding, and were not charged for this change. In addition, invoices were paid past their due date, and changes were made despite asking multiple times for review of contract and confirmation. Your toss bouquet was not a loose bundle of flowers, it was tied properly with ribbon and left in a vase with water to stay fresh behind the bar. In addition, your family requested to decorate the cake with additional stems, and we also left extra decor on your sweetheart table and cocktail tables. Anything you weren't happy with could have been very easily addressed and fixed, just as you stated customer service is very important and the forefront of our business. It's disappointing to be accused of lack of communication when we both have all of our time stamped texts. You could have also reached out to me at any point for resolution should you have been unhappy with something, because again customer service is very important to me.Artmingo is Great!
