About my style: It is not simply my experiences as a photographer that make my work my work--it is the breadth of my personal experiences as well. Ansel Adams summed it up well: “You don't make a photograph just with a camera. You bring to the act of photography all the pictures you have seen, the books you have read, the music you have heard, the people you have loved.” As someone from a family of artists who is married to an artist, and engaged in multiple creative disciplines and mediums, I bring the sum of my experiences to my work, connecting with my clients on an interpersonal level to bring out who they are in each photograph.
