When you hire Brooklyn from Brooklyn Rain brides, you can rest assured that your day will be utter perfection. throughout the wedding planning process, Brooklyn was always there for me to reach out to and ask questions and give her professional suggestions. She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. My guests came to me after the ceremony and said it was the best ceremony they had ever seen and I couldnt agree more it had so much emotion, romance and pure magic sprinkled in and brooklyn was incredibly calm collected and well spoken capturing my husband and Is love story perfectly. I cannot recommend her services enough, not only can she officiate the most romantic ceremony ever She is also an incredible wedding coordinator and will make sure your wedding runs smoothly allowing you to have a stress free wedding day! I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. Anyone who is engaged, I can't say it enough, you need a Brooklyn to help guide you in your wedding planning!

Hannah was amazing! She hit the ground running as soon as we hired her for our wedding and was always available for a call, email, or even text. She was great in making sure we had everything we needed wrapped up and being the communication hub for our vendors the closer we got to the date. My fiance and I wanted to pick our vendors and plan the majority of our wedding ourselves but having some help near the end when all the details need to come together was instrumental in making sure we enjoyed our planning process without feeling overwhelmed. Hannah handled all of our vendor load in and all our decor set up. Your wedding day is a roller coaster of emotions but I never once had to worry about what was happening at our venue because Hannah had it under control. I didn't need to field one question!

I felt my head spinning the weeks leading up to the wedding. Luckily Jessica remained so calm and collected the entire time. She was reassuring, and followed up multiple times just to check in. She had a natural touch for decor that made my wedding visions come true. She was vocal when necessary (I can sometimes be looked over when trying to give instructions - but Jessica did the work for me). I was on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator because of our tight budget but I was advised more often than not that a DOC is NECESSARY. I'm so glad we went ahead with one because I felt like I relaxed the whole day thanks to Jessica. She was a boss, incredibly professional, and yet still so friendly.

Hiring BreAnn to be our day of coordinator was hands down one of the best decisions I could have made. We got married this past June and our day went perfectly, so smooth, no hiccups and this is all because of Bre. Anytime I recommend Bre to a future bride, one thing I always say is that when you consider how much money is going into a wedding - you should also make an investment in making sure your day runs smoothly. Bre met with me a year prior to my wedding, helped create a spreadsheet to keep track of all vendors, gave amazing recommendations on vendors, did a walk through of the venue with me, created timelines, helped with o ur rehearsal & so much more. All of that was done BEFORE the wedding day was even here. Bre goes above and beyond to coordinate all your vendors and puts so much effort in making sure your vision comes to life. The day of my wedding I, nor anyone in the bridal party was bothered with vendor questions which really allowed everyone to just be able to relax. When arriving to our venue Bre had helped set up the decor and everything was stunning. Because I live close by her she even came and picked up my welcome sign prior to the wedding day along with the marriage certificate so I truly had nothing to worry about the day of the wedding. Bre helped everyone stay on track with timing, helped everyone throughout the ceremony know where to stand, when to start walking, etc - which is so helpful when you’re trying to get a bunch of people in a bridal party to listen. Once the wedding was over Bre packed up all of our decor making sure everything was extremely organized and she even took home my flower bouquet since I was having it preserved and helped coordinate that to ensure the bouquet would be safe at the end of the night. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator - just do it. You truly will not regret hiring Bre, she was the best vendor/decisions I could have made for our wedding!

I found Alexa on the Knot and booked her for Monarch’s full wedding planning package as my husband & I were planning a wedding outside of Chicago in an unconventional venue, 9 months away, and lived in another state. It was a big challenge but from the initial consultation, we loved Alexa’s energy, organization, commitment and just knew we could trust her with our once in a lifetime event. The planning process was extremely organized, thorough and well-paced. She matched my attention to detail, tackled unplanned challenges with ferocity (which included a limited selection of vendors given the location of our venue) and was as dedicated to bringing my very specific vision to life as I was. She brought great vendor recommendations and connections and did countless hours of research on new vendors. Details were well-documented and thoroughly discussed to ensure all parties were aligned. Even though our venue was farther outside Chicago (Indiana), she ran several venue walkthroughs in-person, attended vendor visits with me, and always accommodated my husband and I’s busy schedule. As Alexa started to step away for her maternity leave (which started right before our wedding date), she did an amazing job ensuring her team was fully prepared to handle last minute preparations and day-of responsibilities. The day-of team of 3 were awesome with completely handling all details A-Z so I didn’t have to worry about anything, even despite some last minute changes due to weather! Due to the complexity of our venue, its location, short timeline, and being from out-of-state, we are SO GLAD we booked Monarch for their full planning package and had the privilege of working with Alexa! It was sincerely our pleasure to have her bring our special day to life, she was a joy to work with and get to know. If I were getting married again, I’d book her services again no question! Brianna and Karin were absolute rockstars! They took on a super difficult task due to the nature of the venue -- an DIY outdoor center with no cell phone reception, and key sites separated by a 0.3 mile gravel path, plus literally 7 different locations for all the different events (rehearsal, his and hers getting ready, ceremony, reception, cocktail hour, and food storage cabin). Oh, also the venue team has never hosted a wedding before!!! B&K handled it perfectly. I truly don't know what we would have done without them. Thank you for helping make it such a truly unique and special day.
