I did the month-of package which is great for the bride that still wants to be mostly planning it but does not want to handle all of the details the month of. It was the perfect package for me to be stress-free in knowing she was following up with every vendor. Honestly though, working with Erika was so smooth, I probably would do her full-service package if I were having a do-over. I genuinely cannot recommend her enough. Even my guests were coming up to me and speaking so highly about how well she handled the weather issues and little things. Michele was our full wedding planner. Our wedding went perfect without a single hitch and it was all thanks to Michele. We had the caterer for our rehearsal dinner drop out one week before the event and Michele found us a replacement within an hour; and the replacement caterer was a slam dunk. Everyone loved the food. On the day of the wedding and rehearsal dinner Michele and Dan did everything. And I mean everything. She set up tables, positioned flowers and welcome signs and seating charts. She ironed over disagreements with vendors and never once did we have to lift a finger. It is a common saying that the bride and groom never enjoy their own wedding but we thoroughly had a blast at ours thanks to Michele. Events by Lisa was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding! Her communication was 10/10 - Lisa was so easy to reach out to and the connection was definitely there. The quality of their work and value was unmatched, as Lisa went above and beyond. She thought everything through and even when little things went wrong, she took care of them so quickly without worrying me or anyone else. For example, Lisa made sure to call all the vendors ahead of time to confirm, and turns out one vendor had the dates mixed up, but she got that figured out on the wedding day without even telling us so we wouldn't worry. She also had extra makeup on hand which was so helpful for touch-ups throughout the day. I think everyone needs to invest in a day-of coordinator, and Lisa was such a life-saver - I can't imagine how bumpy our day would have been if she wasn't there!

Mailee at Noble Beginnings was an absolute angel. We hired her as a day-of coordinator and her help pre-wedding and day-of was immensely helpful. We don’t know what we would’ve done without her! After wrapping up our wedding, it became clear that it could never have happened without Savvy Weddings. I highly recommend Sandra and her team. When we were looking for help with wedding planning, we wanted a planner who could make our backyard wedding everything we imagined. Since we didn’t have a real “venue,” we had to bring in everything. This overwhelming task felt completely achievable with Sandra's help. Sandra is extremely hardworking and dedicated to making your day the most special and perfect event. Despite only having her partial services, Sandra met with us over ten times and drove to our venue site countless times to reassure us that everything would work out as we imagined. She even brought in extra team members for the complicated task of flipping our ceremony venue into a dinner reception. We hired a day-of planner only because our event site required it. We thought we would be able to do everything on our own. WRONG! Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.

Angie, you were absolutely incredible to work with. We had a wonderful time partnering with Angie to create our dream wedding. She was recommended to us by our venue, The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, and we are so happy we chose her! Angie has such a positive personality, always kept everything under control, and never let us feel overwhelmed. It was so smooth at times we wondered what we were forgetting, and Angie always reassured us that we had it all covered. She did it ALL - from getting our vendor rates and availability sorted to showing us all our options and details that made the day come to life. Through our regularly scheduled calls and all the messaging in between, she asked all the right questions to help guide the process, (even for things we hadn't even thought about) and was always available for the one-off questions and to keep us sane, especially during those final two critical months before the big day. Angie also has a wonderful website that organized all our to-do lists, inspo pics, budget info, timelines, vendor details, etc. We didn’t realize how essential something like this was for keeping us on track, and it was little extra details like this that made such a difference. It's because of Angie that we had such wonderful vendors, a significantly less painful planning experience, and a flawlessly executed wedding day!

We fell in love with The Gaston the minute we walked through the front door. We knew immediately that would be the venue we went with. The house is so beautifully decorated and there's so much detail every section you look. We loved the idea that it was basically turn-key so that all we needed to worry about were the dinner details and flowers. Adrienne was also very helpful along the way letting us know when it was time to start booking which vendors and making excellent recommendations. The weekend of the wedding, all of the staff was so attentive and helpful to us.

My husband and I truly thought that we could handle the wedding planning ourselves, but as we got to the final stretch, we realized we needed some help. You will see this for all of the reviews for Musa, and I am here to shout it from the rooftops - our wedding could not have happened without the help of Andi, Jen and the whole Musa team. We hired them for the final three months of the wedding and it was the best decision we made in that stage of the process. In addition to handling all vendor communication, timeline design and execution and day-of coordination, Andi made herself available for any/all questions, calls, and sounding board needs and moments with me, my husband and my mom. She brought to the process immense patience, thoughtfulness, kindness, and professionalism. Day-of, her work and the work of her co-team member, Jen, allowed all of us to really just take in the day and stay as present and grounded as possible. At one point, me and my bridal party went to get into our car to go the venue, and the car didn't start. Like a superhero, Jen pulled up into the driveway at that exact moment, and she brought us all up to the venue. Above and beyond the call of duty. This duo was a gift to my day, and I will forever be grateful for their talent and their support.

Wow. Where do we even begin? We could not have asked for a better Day of Coordinator. Brooke was everything we needed and more. At every turn, she was so in tune with the entire event. Any snag or potential bump in the road was immediately dealt with by Brooke flawlessly. She plays the role that anyone can only dream of at their weddings. She goes above and beyond and even helped with planning, organizing, setup, and cleanup. To be clear, the extra duties she did were NOT in her job description but she did them anyways because she wanted everything in our wedding to go perfectly. Specifically, she not only made sure all members of our wedding party and vendors stayed organized, timely, and on task but also made sure all of our guests were confortable and made sure their every need was met. She handed out flip flops we provided to guests when their feet were tired, she helped charge the father of the groom’s phone when the battery was low, and came the day before for our rehearsal so we all knew what to do and where to go. The best part was we didn’t need to ask for these things, she just knew how to help and took initiative. Multiple people at our wedding have commented that they’ve never seen a more smoothly ran wedding. Our parents even told us how kind and helpful she was to them throughout the wedding. Brooke has a true talent at her job. Do what you love and your work will speak for itself. Well it’s clear that Brooke loves what she does because she may have just been one of the best (if not the best) member of our wedding team. When we first talked with Brooke she reiterated that her goal was to make us feel like the bride and groom and she did exactly that. Brooke is professional, kind, helpful, and above all does her job flawlessly. We thank you Brooke, from the bottom of our hearts.
