A historic property with timeless beauty, Sylvan Ridge Farm is nestled into a wooded mountainside overlooking the Delaware River Valley. Guests enjoy total solitude on the secluded 193 acres, yet the farm is only 10 minutes away from Interstate 84, historic Milford, PA, and Port Jervis, NY, with easy access from New York City via train, bus, or car. We specialize in long-format weddings, where one couple has exclusive venue access for a full weekend and can have their rehearsal dinner, brunch, or other side events at no additional charge. Overnight lodging for up to 16 guests and professional month-of coordination are included in every package!

The building dates back to 1837, a three-level structure which was built by William Nelson. Peekskill lawyer, Congressman, and friend to Abraham Lincoln. A small stage, built on the 3rd floor in 1870, was identified as the “Dramatic Hall.” This emblematic building had been abandoned for about 20 years and fallen into disrepair until 2012, a complete renovation took place restoring the 1870-era theater. The Dramatic Hall serves as a space to host weddings, private parties, plays, live music performances, and more.

A privately owned property & gardens, resides along the Hudson River in Garrison NY. An ideal place! We currently offer wedding rehearsal, welcome party and after party location. We can help design specific entertaining areas throughout the property matching you with vendors. —- We have available days! Although, we have plenty of requests. Nestled in the foothills of the Ramapo Mountains, Falkirk Estate and Country Club can accommodate any size affair, from Grand Weddings and Social Galas to more intimate Cocktail Receptions. Lush landscaping, waterfalls and an elegant white wrought iron Gazebo are all options for the perfect backdrop to your outdoor ceremony as well as memorable photographs at our Rustic Barn and Historic Stone Gate House.
