The Smokestack offers your guests an intimate 3,200 square feet of event space, suitable for weddings and events up to 200 attendees. Festive on Augusta is an event/meeting space with a full DHEC permitted catering kitchen. We have a dedicated hostess/beverage area for coffee, tea, adult beverages or dessert service. We have a selection of preferred vendors for catering, beverage service, specialty baked goods or cakes. We are happy with work with any DHEC permitted, licensed and insured caterer.

We were lead to an aging, almost forgotten piece of our past. The old Cotton Depot in Clinton SC quietly sat on the edge of downtown. The building spoke to us, 17,000 square feet of handmade brick each telling a story, 11ft ceilings with exposed beams, arched windows and wide planked floors. We immediately began designing the space. Through our catering experience we knew the need for easy access, a good flow and having conveniently located facilities. We also knew the importance of having multifunctioning spaces that can be dressed up or down to make each event uniquely yours. From the most elegant affair to down home country charm, Cotton Loft is merely a canvas. The picture we paint is yours.

This 1930s venue is located in downtown Historic Hendersonville. It's industrial-chic style features over 2,000 square feet of space for your event. In addition to your event space, Cabbage Rose includes a lounge, on-site powder room, and an oh-so exclusive parlor. Event seating is included with renting our facility and note that all tables and benches are handmade from locally sourced materials. We are in the heart of downtown Hendersonville, across from the historic Depot and walking distance to a handful of breweries, restaurants, food trucks and so much more!

We’re John & Jaime Boling, and we turned our corporate blahs into a fabulous dream with Milepost 1808! Growing up on southern farms, we always yearned to get back to our roots. With six years of event planning experience from Greenville Magazine, I thrived on the buzz of big bashes. Then, two years ago, we dove into planning our daughter’s wedding, and bam! I was hooked on the joy of it all! So, we took a bold leap, snagged 30 acres, and rolled up our sleeves to transform our vision into reality: an agricultural paradise, a horse boarding haven, and a stunning event venue! Fast forward to August 2024, and our event barn is finally ready to rock! We can’t wait to bask in all the love as families and friends come together to celebrate. I mean, who doesn’t love a good love story, right?

Uptown Indigo is a family owned and operated venue with two floors and a breathtaking rooftop terrace. The design is "chic industrial" with lots of artistic details. From the original tin ceilings to the handmade tiles, Uptown Indigo is a truly unique wedding venue. The venue can accommodate up to 220 seated guests, with the largest space being the 6,000 square foot Indigo Ballroom. This ballroom is characterized by its modern light fixtures combined with original historic elements. It is fully accessible with a vintage elevator and large, elegant bathrooms. The Steeples Event Space is on the top floor, complete with a prohibition-era, rustic space for cocktail hours or smaller ceremonies. Nestled in the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains of Mills River, North Carolina, The Laurel Room at High Vista is conveniently located between Asheville and Hendersonville - minutes from the Asheville Regional Airport, I-26 and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

The historic Monte Vista Hotel is a key component to Black Mountain’s storied past. Originally home to the Cherokee people, this valley became an early pathway west for traders, explorers and people seeking a new life beyond the eastern mountains. The town of Black Mountain grew rapidly after the railroad was completed in the late 19th century, and this new “railroad town” needed more lodging. Lucien and Rosalie Phillips opened the Monte Vista in 1919, repurposing a former school building. In 1937, the current brick building was constructed, further cementing the Monte Vista Hotel as a central piece of Black Mountain’s civic and social life. The Annex, a separate structure located behind the original, was added in 1975. Though the hotel has since undergone complete renovations and new ownership, many of the original elements have been preserved, and the new decorative touches complement the look and feel of the original structure.
