I felt my head spinning the weeks leading up to the wedding. Luckily Jessica remained so calm and collected the entire time. She was reassuring, and followed up multiple times just to check in. She had a natural touch for decor that made my wedding visions come true. She was vocal when necessary (I can sometimes be looked over when trying to give instructions - but Jessica did the work for me). I was on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator because of our tight budget but I was advised more often than not that a DOC is NECESSARY. I'm so glad we went ahead with one because I felt like I relaxed the whole day thanks to Jessica. She was a boss, incredibly professional, and yet still so friendly.

Colleen spared us a lot of stress, and we’re so grateful that she allowed us to be in the moment and enjoy every minute of the day. So many people in my bridal party / other guests at the wedding mentioned how amazing Colleen was!! The bridal party / other VIP's LOVED the detailed timeline/itinerary that Colleen prepared and distributed prior to the wedding. People knew where to be and when, and didn't have to reach out to me with small questions as a result. People around us noticed and appreciated all that she and her team did, and we certainly did, too. AND, Colleen did it all with a calming presence and a smile on her face. We were so impressed. Colleen and Joan humored my many overly detailed questions, requests, anxieties, etc.! I honestly felt like nothing slipped through the cracks on our wedding weekend because Colleen and her team were there to catch it all. Our monthly planning calls with Bristol were crucial to helping us stay on top of all of the details, and she provided a ton of extremely helpful planning spreadsheets that made everything very straightforward. We always knew what we had left to do and what was next on the agenda. She also took a lot of time to understand our vision for the wedding day, and virtually all of the vendors we ended up hiring came at her recommendation. It was also really important to us that our wedding create as little waste as possible, and all of the vendors she sent our way helped us towards that goal. One of the things we appreciated the most was her assistance in finalizing details with our vendors. A lot of questions came up in those final calls that we hadn’t thought about or were not prepared to answer, and Bristol helped us make the right decisions every time. Bristol was incredibly warm and supportive throughout the entire process. Her genuine care for us and our wedding made us feel like we were in very capable and trusted hands. We’ve received so many compliments from our wedding party and families about how effortlessly she managed the wedding day and the events leading up to it, as well as her thorough communication to everyone involved in the ceremony. From the very beginning, she was attentive and organized, guiding us through every step of the planning process. Before the Week: Elysia was incredibly helpful during the planning stage, which I hadn’t necessarily expected since it was primarily coordinating services rather than full planning. Thank goodness for that! She offered invaluable advice and suggestions that made logistics so much easier. She coordinated with vendors, handled logistics, and took care of so many other details. Before the Ceremony: On the day of the wedding, Elysia was calm and composed. She managed the timeline expertly (which is saying a lot since I must have been a bit frantic with everything I crammed in), ensured everything was in place, and resolved some last-minute issues. During the Ceremony: She made sure everything went off without a hitch! The energy during the ceremony was so much fun because she took care of anything that could have made it challenging. During the Reception: Now THIS is where Elysia was the real MVP. There were some significant timing, logistics, and vendor obstacles, and Elysia handled ALL of them. Her attention to detail made our day, and everyone else's, just incredible. She kept everything running smoothly, managed the timeline, and addressed any concerns we had without us even noticing. Elysia made our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more. We couldn't have done it without her expertise and dedication.
