In the 1950s & 60s, The Bronx was home to an amazing photographer that captured weddings and family events. His name? Warren Meurer aka the “Silverfox” (due to his flowing silver and gray locks). I started with photography by photographing Punk/Hardcore bands but eventually stopped photographing those shows because I didn't want my camera gear to get broken by someone stagediving. Being apart of that music scene help me cultivate friendships with people all over the world, and gave me lots of travel opportunities. Those experiences carried over into weddings helping me understand real documentary style moments and being comfortable surrounded by new people.

We are a photo and cinema team. Our niche is weddings, fashion and quinceaneras. We love what we do and our foundation is Jesus. Without Him we would not be here. We are a destination team as well. We travelnthe U.S. and abroad.

We started out as a team of street photographers roaming NYC on a daily/nightly basis with a goal of making a name for ourselves. Christopher George photography was created due to the fact that during lockdown, people still requested photographers for small, social distanced, backyard weddings and we filled that niche. Having done a few of these weddings, we decided this was the route that we wanted to take our photography journey. Today, we are in our first full year of wedding photography and have secured a small amount for the year but are anxious to create more memories for happy couples. We capture FOREVER moments...

Tyler’s love of photography started in his mid-twenties while touring with the Billboard-charting indie-rock band, A Great Big Pile of Leaves. He began his professional photography career capturing behind-the-scenes images for national ad campaigns and found his strength in anticipating all of the emotional, hilarious, quirky and exciting candid moments. Tyler’s documentary photography style is inspired by photo journalism and his editing embodies the tones, contrast and color familiar to analog film. When Andrew and Kathy were photojournalist their thief was story telling. As they got married and started a family, the focus shifted to their children and the couple used their creativity to tell a new story – first steps, trips to the park, birthdays. Soon, Andrew and Kathy began helping other couples tell their own stories, of engagements and weddings, babies and anniversaries. Those stories built the foundation of Yellow House Images.
