As my experience grew I started receiving requests from people all over Pittsburgh to add a unique twist to their sweetest moments, so much so that in September of 2021, I quit my corporate job to bake full-time! I absolutely love being able to enhance a wedding, baby shower or bridesmaid proposal with some rare, scrumptious treats that everyone is delighted to see and taste.

Petrova Chocolates was established in 2020 and since then we have been focusing on creating eye-catching, artisanal chocolate bonbons, truffles, chocolate bars and caramels with unique flavor combinations. Our chocolates are the perfect sweet touch to every event whether as a guest gift, a chocolate dessert table set-up or as a delicious name tag at every guest's seat. Opening Brooklyn Girl Bakery was the culmination of years working as a pastry chef and cake decorator in the Philly suburbs. As someone who loved all things wedding related, I decided to venture out on my own so I could focus all my energy making beautiful and delcious cakes.

The Cakery has been a Dayton staple since 1996. The current owners have worked at The Cakery since the early 2000's and love what they do! We know that it is a privilege to be chosen by a couple to be a part of their special day, no matter how big or small it may be. We will work with you to make sure that your dreams and vision come to life! Welcome! I have been passionate about baking & cake decorating ever since I can remember. I started Kelly Leigh Cakes in 2017 & have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of lovely couples for their weddings. I attended Johnson & Wales University College of Pastry Arts in Denver and there I discovered my true love for creating specialty cakes. My work has been featured in publications such as Rocky Mountain Bride, Couture Colorado & Aisle Society. I'm a Colorado native & the mountains are my happy place. It is a privilege to do what I love & to work with couples on their special day!

Pastry Chef LikLing Khoo started baking at a young age spending time baking with her mom. Trained at California Culinary Academy, she also worked at the famed Tartine Bakery in San Francisco upon graduation in the 2000's. LikLing spent over 10 years working at different resorts, restaurants and bakeries in Vermont and New York honing her skills in all areas of baking and pastry arts. She owned and operated Baker's Dream in New York offering various baked goods and desserts.

Hello, I'm Jackie! I have loved baking and pastry my whole life! I grew up spending hours in my play kitchen dreaming of a life creating actual food for others. After 12 years in the industry, graduating from The Culinary Institute of America, and competing (and winning!) Sugar Rush on Netflix I finally decided to create Pink Petunia Baking Co. and share my passion with others! Nothing makes me happier than creating desserts for special events (or even just a regular Wednesday!) and celebrating every moment with others through sugar. You choose 4 cake flavors, fillings, frostings, and toppings. We create a custom menu to place on the cake bar that we bring to your event. Each guest then comes up and tells us their favorite combination, we make it and serve it to them in a cute martini glass and off they go to enjoy their very own caketini creation. Owner Shauna Hinchen-Joyal studied pastry arts at Johnson and Wales University and has worked in the baking industry for over 20 years, making specialty event and wedding cakes as well as her signature pastries. Shauna and her husband and partner Bob have been trained by an expert baristas at Atomic Coffee Roasters and are proud to serve drinks brewed with their beans. All our espresso drinks are made with our gorgeous Italian made La Marzocco machine.

Audrey at Baking It Sweet Bakery is a mom of 2 and graduated from Culinary school and Baking school with a passion for desserts and the hospitality business. She works extra hard to make your special desserts exactly how you want them! She loves setting up and delivering your special desserts to your event as well and will go above and beyond for you.

Maxine is the Pastry Chef behind Baked By Max. She attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island and received her Associates in Baking & Pastry Arts. Once graduated, Maxine returned to the Seattle area to work in local bakeries to master her skills. She created Baked By Max in 2020 and has grown to provide delicious desserts to the Greater Seattle area.
