Every couple tells me they're blown away by how soft and flavorful my cake is! Here you will find none of the dry cake with waxy, overly-sweet icing nonsense. My melt-in-your-mouth moist cake with decadently fluffy meringue buttercream will amaze you, order a sample box and try it! My menu has 40+ flavors, many of which can accommodate dietary preferences. Couples love how personal my design process is. I send bespoke sketches that incorporate your inspo pictures, invitation style, wedding colors, décor themes, dress or ring details, or even motifs from venue architecture. About: I’m Heather Beutler- baker, cake artist, and flavor enthusiast. I am also the ultimate wedding cake hype woman, according to one bride 😅 Top Tier Confections is my home bakery based in Orem, Utah. I also enjoy recreating international cuisine I fell in love with while living abroad in Morocco and Jordan. Recently I graduated with degrees in chemical engineering and Arabic language. Top Tier Confections was a pleasure to work with for our wedding cake. They were flexible, prompt, and friendly in their communication, making the planning process a breeze. Their attention to detail and passion for their craft was evident in the final products - the cake was professional, well-done, and absolutely gorgeous. They truly helped us bring our vision to life and added their own creative spin that made our special day even more memorable. I'm not the biggest fan of cake, but I had the chance to sample a few of Heather's cakes, and it's probably the best cake I've ever had. They are all moist and flavorful, and the frosting doesn't leave me feeling sick like a lot of other cakes. My go-to for all occasion cake needs!

From the very first interaction with Heather, it truly was the most seamless and most enjoyable part of the wedding planning process. She is a true professional and artist when it comes to her cakes. There are a wide variety of flavors to choose from and she truly took the time to know what our vision was and she made this cake incredibly personal and really captured the feel and spirit of our wedding. When all was said and done, I cannot rave enough about how flavorful her cakes were and how amazing the design and overall aesthetic of the cake came out. It truly was the showstopper of the reception!

I can make delicious dairy-free, lactose-free, gluten-free, egg-free, or vegan cakes as well as some other desserts; however, as my kitchen does regularly process gluten, dairy, egg, and all other major allergens, trace amounts may be present.

Tasting boxes typically cost between $15-45 depending on how many flavors you'd like to try. If you would like to try a custom-designed flavor or a specialty flavor, you may order a regular 6" cake of that flavor for $70. If you place your wedding order with me for over $300, then $35 of that will be applied towards your down payment.

Top Tier Confections is a home bakery operating under H.B. 181 Home Consumption and Homemade Food Act. Per state guidelines, the following label is applicable to all items in your order: Top Tier Confections Provo, UT 84604 This food product is not for resale. This food product is processed and prepared without state or local inspection. This food product contains (or was prepared in a location that handles) common allergens including but not limited to milk, soy, wheat, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, or shellfish.

Some packages include delivery! To get an exact quote please message me the name and or address of your venue. Delivery typically costs $15 within Provo and Orem, $30 to Lehi or Payson, $45 to Salt Lake, $60 to Bountiful. I offer delivery to all cities in Utah.

Yes! Those are my favorite! I love it when a bride and groom have a Pinterest board or other theme board with general inspiration for their wedding look and I can help them with a custom design that is as unique as they are.

Cake stand and server set rentals are available for $5-15 each (and are included in some packages), plus a security deposit. Plastic cake cutting guides are in development and will be available soon.
