Sugar Crystles is a wedding confectionery company in New Milford, CT. This budding bakery is owned and run by me, Crystle, and I am industry professional with years of cake-making in my repertoire. Using my skills, I do my best to craft stunning wedding cakes and delectable desserts that will have you and your guests wanting more. I create a variety of desserts and cakes for any special occasion with various techniques. From icing-covered sugar cookies to a variety of desserts for a buffet, I do it all. I also specialize in gluten and dairy free. I will cater to any flavor or design of your choice. Cake tastings are also available

I feel my work speaks for itself, I can craft tangy key lime pies, fondant-coated cookies, or truffle-like cake pops. And when it comes to my wondrous wedding cakes, I am all systems go, using the finest ingredients to create luscious layered cakes that come in a range of flavors.     Working with Sugar Crystles on our wedding cupcakes was a breeze. Crystle was prompt, clear, and easy to work with, making the whole process feel very collaborative. She was incredibly organized and flexible, meeting with us at a location convenient for us to discuss our vision. The end result was cupcakes that were not only delicious, but exactly what we were looking for to complement our wedding day.     Crystle was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding cake and desserts! From the start, her communication was quick, understanding, and adaptable as we worked through last minute requests.     I can’t thank Crystle enough! She was the first person we reached out to on Zola, and when we tried her cake we knew she was the one! The others couldn’t compare!!
