I live in Glenwood Springs with my husband and two little boys, Jameson and Dax. We love to go Jeeping and camping whenever we can! I’ve been creating wedding cakes for over 10 years now and I strive to keep learning and getting better with every cake. I’m proud to say that I’ve recently completed my diploma in Professional Pastry Arts through Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts! Its truly one of my greatest joys in life to be a small part in such big events in people’s lives.

I take pride in each and every cake I make as it is never 'just a cake', but a work of art and a delicious memory from the best day of your life. Everything is made from scratch, right down to the original design of your dream wedding cake.

    Afternoon Delight Bakery provided exceptional service for our wedding cake and desserts. Their communication was fast, efficient, prompt, accurate, and extremely helpful throughout the process. The quality of their work was stylistic, modern, cute, fancy, and elegant - exactly the look we were going for. We got the cake we wanted, as we sent them photos for inspiration and enjoyed tasting at Starbucks.     Afternoon Delight Bakery provided amazing wedding cakes and desserts for our special day. Their communication throughout the process was very good - they were responsive and helpful in planning the perfect treats for our wedding. We didn't get to taste test the cake beforehand, but it turned out amazing. The cake tasted incredible and was so perfect for our wedding. The Afternoon Delight Bakery team even traveled to our venue to deliver and set up the desserts, making our wedding day that much more special.     Received tasting by mail, which was a wonderful option as an out of state couple. She matched the photos we provided perfectly and our elopement cake was a hit with everyone! Beyond delicious as well!
