“Canyon Run was a literal dream come true. Amy was always willing to answer our questions and was super easy to communicate with us. The day of our wedding, she was so so helpful. We happened to get married on the day that the wind and rain from Hurricane Helene hit in Ohio. Obviously, it threw a wrench in our plans and she was so willing to help us out. When we texted her and said we wanted to do a 3 pm private ceremony with our immediate family and bridal party, she immediately stepped in to help, contacting the DJ so we could have our music as we walked down the aisle. She worked with my day of coordinator so that the barn looked perfect for when our guests arrived and we had our official ceremony. It was so beautiful and perfect and despite the weather, an actual dream come true.”

Enjoy your wedding day on our five acre historic venue, located 3 miles west of Tipp City. Our historic barn is conveniently located off of I-75. For 30 years, The Willow Tree, Miami County's original rustic barn venue has hosted weddings and receptions. Set on the grounds of an 1830 style home, the century old barn is the perfect setting to celebrate your day with friends and family. We offer tables and seating for up to 200 guest, 14 hours of venue time, and a brides room in the home with a private restroom for the bridal party.

“We were just married at the Willow tree on 8/23/24. This venue is absolutely perfect. It doesn’t take much to dress it up and make it magical because it has so much natural beauty. We planned our wedding in about 4 months start to finish and Ben was remarkable through it all. He was always available and willing to have us drop in for visuals for our ever changing ideas. He had great recommendations from vendors to just simple ideas what works and what doesn’t work so well. The onsite linen rentals and trash removal is awesome! If you are looking for an elegant place for your big day the Willow tree is it from the space itself right down to the property owners who are so kind and gracious to do whatever they can to help make your day special you can’t go wrong!!”

Please contact us on our website or email us directly. We first used our barn for our daughter's wedding because she wanted to have her magical day in the barn and backyard she grew up in. During our wedding, guests kept telling us "what a great idea to use this for a wedding". We had our first Big Barn Venue wedding in 2018 and we continued to book more dates throughout the wedding season. Our barn does not have heating or air so we cannot accommodate much farther outside of the months of June - October. Our brides, grooms, family and friends that have visited the barn for a wedding have truly enjoyed the country scenery we offer and also the amount of space the wedding has to use for a reception and ceremony. Photographers love the fields and they enjoy using almost all of the 200 acres for beautiful photos and videos.
