We have multiple locations and flexible options for any kind of weather. We cater to low-stress, common sense, and reasonably priced weddings by having everything pre-decorated for you, you just need to provide your colors and personal items. We take care of set up and take down, provide all tables, chairs, linens, and we even offer a variety of misc. wedding items that you may borrow. For 30 years, The Willow Tree, Miami County's original rustic barn venue has hosted weddings and receptions. Set on the grounds of an 1830 style home, the century old barn is the perfect setting to celebrate your day with friends and family. We offer tables and seating for up to 200 guest, 14 hours of venue time, and a brides room in the home with a private restroom for the bridal party.

The Gallery, Downtown Piqua’s newest and best-equipped event venue. Adapted from a former mid-century social club, we bring the glamour of an opulent ballroom to the 21st century with a polished aesthetic. Featuring a grand staircase, dome ceiling, and stylish atmosphere, weddings, large-scale parties, and corporate events will all feel at home in our newly renovated space. Our capacity of 200-250 guests and convenient location in the heart of Piqua’s downtown will accommodate almost any group.

We have 4 beautiful banquet rooms that over look the golf course. With a covered patio called the terrace room. All the rooms open up to each other. We can hold up to 175 guests. We provide all catering through our in house chef. We provide all services, food, bar, set-up, tear down, linens, napkins and China, staffing and bartenders. All you have to bring is a DJ, dessert, photographer, minister, and florist. We also provide you with an event coordinator for the entire day. Along with rehearsal scheduled the day before your wedding.

The Fort Piqua Plaza Banquet Center is a state-of-the-art facility located on the fourth floor of the newly restored Fort Piqua Plaza Hotel in beautiful downtown Piqua. We obsessed over every detail in the renovation of the historic former Fort Piqua Hotel. This exquisite architectural beauty has won numerous awards and now is the home of the Fort Piqua Plaza Banquet Center. The facility offers six unique rooms providing the perfect venue for groups of 5-350 people with state-of-the-art amenities. Rent the entire center or just a room. We are the perfect choice for Wedding Ceremonies, Wedding Receptions, Engagement Parties, Vow Renewals and Rehearsal Dinners.

Please contact us on our website or email us directly. We first used our barn for our daughter's wedding because she wanted to have her magical day in the barn and backyard she grew up in. During our wedding, guests kept telling us "what a great idea to use this for a wedding". We had our first Big Barn Venue wedding in 2018 and we continued to book more dates throughout the wedding season. Our barn does not have heating or air so we cannot accommodate much farther outside of the months of June - October. Our brides, grooms, family and friends that have visited the barn for a wedding have truly enjoyed the country scenery we offer and also the amount of space the wedding has to use for a reception and ceremony. Photographers love the fields and they enjoy using almost all of the 200 acres for beautiful photos and videos.
