Where do I begin! I don't think I could write down everything amazing that Oasis did for me in one review. I was personally going through so many life changes and I could not have had my dream wedding without them. The team was extremely prepared for every step of the process and handled the hurdles with grace. The way they dotted their "I" and crossed their "t" with everything on my laundry list of needs was astounding. I had lots of unique visions I wanted for my wedding that Oasis had never worked with before and they handled every new encounter seamlessly. For instance, we had Spanish translation for our guest and their was absolutely no issues. We also got several vendor discounts through Oasis. My main planner was Jewell and her communication was excellent. On the wedding day she brought the whole Oasis team and I didn't have to deal with any planning issues on the day of the wedding. My husband and I were well taken care of. Jewell sacrificed so much for us. She did all the flower arranging (except the bouquets) and her taste in design is impressive and it was such a life saver. I am very happy with everything Oasis offered me. My husband and I both agree that their was no need unmet by Oasis. Thank you SOSOSOSO much Jewell. I highly recommend Charissa and her team if you're looking for a wedding coordinator/planner! She is so professional, organized, and just the nicest person ever. We had so many questions and worries but Charissa helped us feel at ease throughout it all. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND on the day of the wedding... literally hauling extra chairs with her throughout the botanic gardens so we could get our photographs!! LOL! You can just tell how much she cares about her clients and we so appreciated the effort. We also had Kevin on her team set-up the decor at the venue and they did an amazing job -- we were blown away when we arrived! We got tons of compliments from our guests at how lovely the entire wedding was and I know we could not have pulled it off without Charissa / Simply Loved Weddings!!

We took on a lot of planning ourselves, and hired Rina to be our day of coordinator--or really month of coordinator--and out of all of our planning decisions, hiring Rina was one of the best decisions we made. Ahead of our first call, we sent a long document outlining the ideas we had--which she looked through and gave us useful feedback on as we considered what support we needed most. We had some unique ideas for how to do things our own way--and it was also clear from our conversation, that while Rina knows how to do a "textbook" wedding--she also knows how to listen to clients to help them make their unique vision a reality, even if that requires some creative thinking, crafting, or problem solving. When we did our venue walkthrough a month before the event, we sent Rina another long document, floorplan, and schedule the day before--and she once again arrived familiar with all of it. She had crucial suggestions, important questions we hadn't thought of, and proved again she was the right person to help us get prepared for the big day. That pattern repeated once more at rehearsal which was very efficient! The day of our wedding, Rina was punctual, professional, and in expert control running the show we had put together. She had already connected with all of our vendors, reviewed all the decorations we designed and how they set up, and was fully familiar with the timeline. When the inevitable surprises popped up, she was quick to roll with the punches--in a way that kept our plans on track! The entire event was not just beautiful, unique, and exactly the vibe we had envisioned--but it was also EXACTLY ON SCHEDULE, from set up to the paper lantern send off at the end! We are thoroughly impressed, and can't recommend Rina highly enough! She was our not so secret weapon. Let her be yours too! And make no mistake, while we had Rina as our month-of-coordinator--we would have absolutely hired Rina to take on the entire thing if we hadn't enjoyed planning so much (and even then, we couldn't have finished the plans without her input!). I will also say, having planned so much ourselves, it really made it very personal to us that the schedule we made, the decorations we crafted, and the timeline we envisioned were faithfully executed. It was so personal, that I thought it would be hard to hand off our cherished plan to someone else. Who could know it as well as us or care as much? But every conversation with Rina made letting go easy, because it was so clear she was listening to us, and understanding us. There is no one else we would've trusted with our plan except Rina.

We loved having Sarah as our wedding planner! We used her as our day of coordinator for our wedding at Rosewood Farms in September. As someone who thought they were an organized person, Sarah exceeded our expectations of what organized looks like. We had our first meeting with her about 6 weeks prior to our wedding day. I went into the meeting feeling nervous and anxious about all the things we had left to do and all the details that still needed to be decided on. Sarah gave us great advice on linens (I’ve never thought about linens in as much detail until I met Sarah lol), timeline, table layout, and all of the logistics throughout the day. We left our first meeting having our entire wedding day timeline planned out from the moment we got to the venue at 8am until we left at 10pm. Safe to say we left that meeting feeling much better and knew that we were in great hands. Fast forward to our wedding day and we can confidently say that it was everything we dreamed of. Sarah executed my vision of what I wanted our reception space, cocktail hour, and ceremony space to look like perfectly. She made sure we were taken care of all day long. She had our cocktail hour food and drinks ready for us right after the ceremony and made sure that we got our preferred drinks right before last call. She kept everything on schedule and I don’t think we had a single hiccup all day long (and even if we did we didn’t know about it). It also helps when all of your vendors have worked together multiple times and get along great. We had such a great team! On top of giving us our perfect day, Sarah is also the sweetest person to work with! She supported our decisions and gave her input and expertise when we needed it. I felt comfortable giving her creative discretion because I felt like she listened and understood my vision in our meetings. I would highly recommend Sarah for any wedding planning services! She is organized, attentive, supportive, hard working, and easy to get along with! I can’t thank her enough for giving us our perfect day!

Ashley was an amazing day of coordinator for my husband and I's small-ish (45 pp) wedding that still had a silly number of little details to tend to. From our planning call to the days leading up to the wedding to the day of, Ashley was on top all of the things (including the small details we would have forgotten that would have blown up in our faces day of!) in a way that was just right - nudging us to get things done and also giving us feedback and ideas about what might work/etc. since we are not wedding professionals. ;) She had the East Coast Energy that I craved combined with the NOLA local experience that we needed in planning a wedding in New Orleans while being from and living in NYC. I cannot begin to express my deep gratitude for Wendy throughout the entire wedding planning process. She navigated my husband and I living halfway across the country from our Philadelphia wedding and managed to keep all necessary parties in the loop without having to ask for anything. My daughter and I hired Chloe Deal to be our onsite day-of wedding planner and she was excellent before, during and after the big day! Pre-wedding, we had two zoom meetings to review what the plans were and what she would be doing to oversee it all. Chloe's communication assured us all the details would be completely taken care of on wedding day. The day of the wedding, we had a big surprise. An unexpected storm whipped up just as we were about to begin the outdoor ceremony. Chloe and her assistant quickly rallied to make last minute adjustments moving tables and displays under the reception tent, coordinating with the vendors on the change of plans and remained calm throughout it all. After a bit of insanity as our guests ran from the outdoor ceremony into the tent, Chloe and her assistant went into overdrive drying off chairs and getting them moved into the reception area which was a huge undertaking. The groomsmen were supposed to help but they were the only ones not under umbrellas and were absolutely soaked. Chloe easily helped guests find their seats and kept us all on schedule with the reception events of introductions, dances, happy hour, dinner, cake cutting, send off photos etc. Post wedding, we had to be all cleaned up by 9am the next day so the night of the wedding, Chloe and her assistant moved heavy tree log displays back to the woods, put everything that we needed to save into our cars or the locked space until we could pick it up the next day. Chloe's performance as our wedding planner was truly impressive as she thought of every detail and despite the unexpected weather, my daughter and son-in-law had a truly magical day complete with double rainbows! I would highly recommend her services to any bride and groom to-be!

I got married in August 2021 and it was hard work! There’s a lot that goes into planning your most perfect day and you’re stressed that it won’t all work out as planned. I get it because I’ve been there. Worried because I didn’t hire a professional to set up and run my day. My family and friends were out there instead, and they missed important moments with me. This is when I realized that I can totally help with this! You did a lot of planning to make your wedding day exactly how you envision. I am here to make sure that vision comes to life without your family and friends having to miss out on those special wedding day moments.

I cannot recommend Alyssa enough! We had a backyard wedding and I knew that I wanted a Day of Coordinator so that my family and friends could enjoy themselves instead of having to help me set things up and make sure things ran smoothly throughout the day. Alyssa had a phone call with me to help understand my vision. She was so organized in her documentation, which helped me stay organized. Shortly before the wedding we had another call to finalize everything. When our big day arrived, she was phenomenal! Everything went perfectly, and if it didn't, I didn't know about it. :) Alyssa ensured that all of the things got done that we talked about. Although she was willing to help with so many things, she did a fantastic job bringing our decor and vision to life. Checking in on us throughout the day was also an added bonus. We are forever grateful that we hired Alyssa as our Day of Coordinator for our October 2024 wedding
