This one is going to be long because we have so many things to say about this incredible woman. I don’t even know where to start with Kaileigh. We found her on Zola at the early stages of planning and we’re so beyond grateful and thrilled to have had her with us through this journey. She is so incredibly organized, on top of everything, prompt, efficient, kept us on track and so supportive. She is super creative and had so many great ideas that brought our vision to life and made it even better than we imagined. Planning with her was fun, easy and very enjoyable. She was at all of our vendor meetings, asked questions we never thought to ask, and made sure we were happy with everything at every point and was easy to pivot. As we approached our big day, she just continued to blow us away and we felt so much less stress than I think most people probably feel. We knew we were in the best hands with Kaileigh who had our back, knew our vision and who we knew we could count on. Her work can be somewhat chaotic I would imagine, but you’d never be able to tell by looking at her. She is so poised, calm, composed, competent, decisive, efficient, energetic, professional and dynamic. One of my favorite things I noticed working with her is her undeniable joy and love for this industry and what she does. She is in her element and it is clear to anyone who observes her that this is where she belongs. This work fuels her and she invests so much of herself in everything she does. Not only is she so wickedly talented and smart, she is just so kind, sweet, compassionate, funny, lighthearted and just the coolest human. It didn’t take long for us to fall in love with her and just want to be her friend. By the time our rehearsal rolled around, I felt like it was weird that she was just present for the event and not sitting at the table with us! At this point we just considered her our friend and just wanted to hang out and celebrate with her! Going into our wedding day, I felt a sense of calm I never, ever thought I would be able to experience. I’m a person that struggles with anxiety, I feel overwhelmed, I overthink and worry about everything and I was convinced I would be beside myself with stress and anxiety on my wedding day but I was completely fine.. I was calm and was able to enjoy my preparation, spending time with my girls and just relax. That is 1000% thanks to Kaileigh. I knew everything was being handled and I trusted her judgement, abilities and knowledge and that it was going to be amazing… and I was right! Walking into this beautiful venue with all of our visions that came to life right in front of me took my breath away. It was GORGEOUS!! Throughout the night, Kaileigh continued to keep everything running smoothly. I needed her quite a few times for different things and she was never far and always ready for whatever it was. She even helped me out of my wedding dress and into a reception dress in tiny stall with barely enough room for one person, let alone two… which tells you the level of comfort one builds with a person like Kaileigh. It was like my sister or my best friend helping me out. She was everywhere all at once and never broke a sweat. We’ve gotten nothing but absolutely raving compliments on her from our friends and family that attended. Everyone noticed how expertly she put this wedding together and how it all went off so perfectly. We are so thankful for her. Do yourself this favor and book Kaileigh for your most important day.

Liv was amazing and I cannot recommend her enough! She was so on top of things, and that's coming from my extreme type-A self. If you are looking for someone with a "don't worry, I got this" approach and who delivers, BOOK LIV! Even if you think you have everything accounted for, you don't, but Liv does! Liv truly stepped up for the ceremony to make sure all of our requests happened, even with changes happening the day before. The reception was perfect and Liv made sure our vision became a reality. I brought a lot of extra decor so I'm sure it was not easy to set everything up, but Liv made it happen! I was able to enjoy the day and not fret about details. From venue changes to outfit changes to specifically timed songs to props - everything was coordinated perfectly. We cannot thank Liv enough for our wedding weekend :)

When you hire Brooklyn from Brooklyn Rain brides, you can rest assured that your day will be utter perfection. throughout the wedding planning process, Brooklyn was always there for me to reach out to and ask questions and give her professional suggestions. She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. Nicole is clearly passionate about building her wedding planning business, which if you hire her, you’ll quickly realize. She makes the time for you, is super attentive, has an eye for detail and keeps a level head while navigating the real-time happenings and changes that come with any event. Even though we only hired Nicole as a day-of coordinator, she went above and beyond in helping in so many other ways in the lead up to our wedding day. We were pretty hands on in our planning, but Nicole always made thoughtful suggestions to help us push things along and fill in the gaps we were missing. She guided us on a work-back timeline and stayed in contact with us throughout all of the planning. She built out our day of timeline, which helped us fill in the gaps that we were forgetting/missing. If we could rewind, we would have chosen a full-on coordinator for all the planning and logistics vs just a day-of coordinator after experiencing how helpful Nicole was. It’s worth mentioning that Nicole had minor hand surgery in the months prior to our wedding, and even though she was healed up the day-of, she made sure nothing could possibly go wrong by enlisting her super kind husband to come along for the day to help out with setting up, which was above and beyond what we had signed up for. So you can feel confident that Nicole will deliver for you regardless of the situation! Another way Nicole went above and beyond… we were hoping to have candle holders for our reception tables. We were hesitant to purchase some ourselves due to the price and knowing we’d only use them one day, but Nicole offered up her own candle holders she had on hand, so we could have the vibe we envisioned. It’s that level of kindness and thoughtfulness that really makes a difference in the experience and we cannot thank her enough for everything she did. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator, look no further than Nicole. Her wedding business is flourishing and we’re so happy to have worked with her!

My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!

Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. I can only imaging if we would have booked her whole wedding planning service, our wedding probably would have somehow been even more perfect than it already was. We hired Cassie just a few months before our big day after having some communication issues with our venues coordinators, and from the moment she joined, she went above and beyond to make everything perfect. She truly made our wedding stress-free and magical, handling every detail with incredible care. Cassie attended our final details meeting the day before the wedding, and our entire wedding party was blown away by her professionalism and calm demeanor. She guided the rehearsal effortlessly, making sure we were all on the same page, which made the big day run smoothly. On the wedding day, Cassie handled everything seamlessly. She helped with the little things, like holding my flowers and managing my dress during our first look. She coordinated with all of our vendors, set up our entire tent before the wedding, and even took care of the breakdown so we could just pick everything up the next day. We had some communication issues with our venue leading up to the wedding, but Cassie stepped in and resolved all of the details without us having to worry about a thing. If anything went wrong on the day of, we had no idea—she handled it all behind the scenes, she was so so awesome! Knowing she had it all under control gave us the peace of mind to fully enjoy our day. What truly touched us were the thoughtful extras. A beautiful LLBean Cliff House embroidered bag was waiting on the table in our room as a welcome gift from her. She also helped book dining reservations for us. I thought I (ALL CAPS THERE!) was a perfectionist until I met Allie LeBon. If you're thinking "is this worth it?" or "do I really need a planner?" or even, "I can do this all myself." ...you maaaybe can, but if you want your day to be utterly spectacular - hire Allie. I can't stress enough the importance of hiring someone like her. Our entire day was magic because of her and her CityLux team. We started out our journey with a clear goal, but it all felt a bit daunting. Allie was with us from start to finish (top to bottom planning and day-of!) and made every step along the way incredible. She was prompt, professional, honest, and kind. It's hard to find vendors that are as "on their game." There were times that we were completely at a loss for what was next and she always communicated with clarity so we felt comfortable and prepared to make decisions. There were sooooo many details only she could have thought of. Just when you think you have it figured out, there are 3 more things Allie was thinking of. I constantly said, "oh wow.. I didnt even think of that." Like coordinating bus routes and timing that out... no thank you! We felt like it was all under control because of her meticulous documentation, flawless communication with our other vendors, and emergency plans she put in motion behind the scenes. MOST importantly, she makes sure you can focus on your day and nothing else. From the napkins, to the placecards, to our grass wall, to our place settings, to the drink signs, and everything else in between, it was all so complete and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Not to mention, she professionally vetoed some of our ideas, and finding someone who knows what's realistic and what's not is hard to find. I've recommended her to ALL my friends and every time I get rave reviews. Don't go it alone throughout this process. Go with Allie and go with CityLux! PS: The picture you see with our reaction was exactly the moment we saw our vision come to life at the reception. Speechless.

Working with Marissa and her team at MB Events, was by far the best decision my husband and I could have made during our wedding planning process. Marissa truly goes above and beyond for her clients, and her passion for her work is apparent from start to finish. My husband and I chose a venue where every aspect of our wedding needed to be coordinated with third-party vendors (string quartet, DJ, catering (incl. table, chairs, linens), set up, breakdown, etc). When we realized how much we underestimated the time and coordination needed to plan such an important event, we knew we needed help. Enter: MB Events. From the start, Marissa kept my husband and I organized throughout the entire wedding planning process, ensuring our vision for the day came to fruition, and truly made our wedding day better than we had ever expected. We planned an outdoor wedding, and inevitably it was supposed to pour (thunder, lightning, flood, tornado warnings), and Marissa and her team worked from sunup to sundown to ensure that our day was exactly as we had imagined, rain or shine. Marissa was an advocate for my husband and I when difficult day-of -decisions needed to be made in relation to the rain, which allowed us to just “focus and take in the moment” which we are extremely grateful for. With some last minute timeline adjustments by Marissa, we were able to have the outdoor ceremony of our dreams. This would not have happened without the expertise and dedication of Marissa and her team. Multiple times throughout the wedding planning process I told my husband that Marissa seems to be the only vendor we chose that is actually “on our side.” We struggled with the organization and responses of other vendors, especially as the wedding season was in full swing, but Marissa never missed a moment. She was professional, quick to respond, and extremely reliable. I know that there are many options when choosing a wedding planner, but I can honestly say, I believe Marissa and her team to be the best there is. Personally, the only downside I’ve found about working with Marissa has been the end of it all… because it feels kind of like I don’t have my best friend around anymore!

I hired The Cosmos at their Month-of package level taking all of that worry out of the process. They took care of all of the things I did miss - called out that there was no plan for trash receptacles, revised the number of glasses rented, added bathroom attendants, adjusted the number of staff etc, but an unexpected element (and maybe the most important) is that they helped me to manage difficult family members. They figured out that this is where a lot of my stress was coming from. I was so grateful to their team for minimizing overall stress. I highly recommend!

So I usually don’t write reviews but I had to for this because my experience very easy and pleasant. I wasn’t left to plan my own wedding. The wedding planners here were very attentive and they basically helped me plan my wedding. Think of it like we planned my wedding together. The price was perfect too cause wedding planners are expensive. They even hooked me up with transportation and flowers for my wedding. Prestige Planning Co. was really great and I would recommend them to anyone.

Words cannot express how happy and grateful we are to have come across Kelsey Correia as our wedding planner. As two physicians in training, we did not have a lot of time or energy to put into finding vendors and organizing our big day. I truly don’t even know where to begin. Devyn is the sole reason my wedding went SO smoothly and was everything I wanted! I’m forever grateful to her for that! I hired Devyn in August 2023 for my April 2024 wedding. I did the wedding management and design package. I initially wasn’t sure if I wanted to add in the design portion, mainly because of cost, but I’m SO happy I did because Devyn really made sure everything came together, and it was amazing. Immediately after hiring Devyn, I felt so relieved with the whole planning process. She went full force into everything, and it felt so good to have someone do all of that! Soon into the planning process, Devyn let me know she was pregnant and that her due date was actually the day before my wedding! She assured me I would be fully taken care of and not to worry, but I never once worried about it because I knew Devyn would make sure I was taken care of. She let me know that I would have three people present on the wedding day. Evie would be the primary contact and planner at the wedding, Nicolette (For Her Socials- Content Creation) would be at the hotel with us while we were getting ready and making sure we were staying on time, and everything that comes with that, and she hired out one of her planner friends Nicole (Nicole Gabriella Planning) to be the second point of contact at the venue and be there to help me with anything I needed. Throughout the entire planning process, Devyn’s communication was top-tier. She was always keeping me in the loop with updates from vendors and giving me updates. If I ever had a question, I never once felt like a bother. Devyn made sure everything was EXACTLY how I wanted it. I’m the type of person to just do whatever’s easiest, but she made sure every single detail was exactly what I wanted. If there was ever anything from the vendors that I slightly wasn’t happy with, she’d immediately go to them and let them know, which is something I never would’ve done on my own. I’ve never had anyone advocate for me like Devyn! She always made sure every single detail was absolutely perfect for me. As we were approaching my wedding and her due date, she never once slowed down, and I never felt worried about things not getting done. She did our final walkthrough TWO weeks before giving birth! I felt bad, but she assured me she was okay and would take her maternity leave as soon as she knew everything was good for me! Evie was incredible on the day of the wedding and made sure everything was good and that I didn’t need to worry about anything. Literally, the entire wedding planning process was so easy, thanks to Devyn, and she truly made it perfect for me. I’m forever grateful for Devyn, and I truly couldn’t recommend her enough! All my vendors, including the venue, were SO impressed with how organized everything was and kept talking about how easy Devyn made anything for everyone! Everyone needs a Devyn in their life!
