Hello! I’m Kaileigh, owner of Weddings by Kaileigh, LLC. I established my business in April 2023, and I have been working diligently to learn as much as I can! I’ve been a teacher for the last 10 years, so planning and coordinating comes naturally to me. I also run the hospitality committee at my school! I have spent time as a travel agent, organizing and planning vacations. I’m also a mom of two amazing, little humans! I love to garden, be outside and go adventuring with my kids. Last year I decided to take a leap of faith and start my next adventure in the wedding planning industry, and got my wedding planning certificate.

I am a Certified Wedding Planner through UNH. I have a background in teaching, organizing, planning, and managing multiple schedules. I've been working collaboratively with other planners to hone my skills. I love planning events and especially weddings!

    This one is going to be long because we have so many things to say about this incredible woman. I don’t even know where to start with Kaileigh. We found her on Zola at the early stages of planning and we’re so beyond grateful and thrilled to have had her with us through this journey. She is so incredibly organized, on top of everything, prompt, efficient, kept us on track and so supportive. She is super creative and had so many great ideas that brought our vision to life and made it even better than we imagined. Planning with her was fun, easy and very enjoyable. She was at all of our vendor meetings, asked questions we never thought to ask, and made sure we were happy with everything at every point and was easy to pivot. As we approached our big day, she just continued to blow us away and we felt so much less stress than I think most people probably feel. We knew we were in the best hands with Kaileigh who had our back, knew our vision and who we knew we could count on. Her work can be somewhat chaotic I would imagine, but you’d never be able to tell by looking at her. She is so poised, calm, composed, competent, decisive, efficient, energetic, professional and dynamic. One of my favorite things I noticed working with her is her undeniable joy and love for this industry and what she does. She is in her element and it is clear to anyone who observes her that this is where she belongs. This work fuels her and she invests so much of herself in everything she does. Not only is she so wickedly talented and smart, she is just so kind, sweet, compassionate, funny, lighthearted and just the coolest human. It didn’t take long for us to fall in love with her and just want to be her friend. By the time our rehearsal rolled around, I felt like it was weird that she was just present for the event and not sitting at the table with us! At this point we just considered her our friend and just wanted to hang out and celebrate with her! Going into our wedding day, I felt a sense of calm I never, ever thought I would be able to experience. I’m a person that struggles with anxiety, I feel overwhelmed, I overthink and worry about everything and I was convinced I would be beside myself with stress and anxiety on my wedding day but I was completely fine.. I was calm and was able to enjoy my preparation, spending time with my girls and just relax. That is 1000% thanks to Kaileigh. I knew everything was being handled and I trusted her judgement, abilities and knowledge and that it was going to be amazing… and I was right! Walking into this beautiful venue with all of our visions that came to life right in front of me took my breath away. It was GORGEOUS!! Throughout the night, Kaileigh continued to keep everything running smoothly. I needed her quite a few times for different things and she was never far and always ready for whatever it was. She even helped me out of my wedding dress and into a reception dress in tiny stall with barely enough room for one person, let alone two… which tells you the level of comfort one builds with a person like Kaileigh. It was like my sister or my best friend helping me out. She was everywhere all at once and never broke a sweat. We’ve gotten nothing but absolutely raving compliments on her from our friends and family that attended. Everyone noticed how expertly she put this wedding together and how it all went off so perfectly. We are so thankful for her. Do yourself this favor and book Kaileigh for your most important day.

    Kaileigh was an absolute delight to work through all phases of the wedding planning process. We enjoyed all our pre wedding meetings with her via video call and felt confident with all the decisions we made. Kaileigh communicated in a clear and positive way and knew all the right questions to ask which allowed us to feel relaxed during the wedding planning and during our big day without missing important details. She developed a day of schedule that we were able to review multiple times prior to it being shared with all our wedding vendors. Kaileigh and her team member, Paige, effectively instructed and organized our wedding party during rehearsal dinner to allow for adequate preparation while still encouraging us to have fun together. Kaileigh took the time to check in with both my husband and I day of to iron out any last minute requests and assure that we were stress free. Our wedding was a Maine beach wedding which meant many moving parts and unpredictable weather, but Kaileigh truly did an amazing job coordinating to assure that all our meaningful details and weddings dreams came to life. Thanks to Kaileigh and Paige's attention to detail our wedding day ran smoothly and our wedding was everything we ever wanted. We highly recommend Weddings by Kaileigh, LLC to any couple planning their dream wedding as this companies ability to advocate for the bride and groom while coordinating vendors is absolutely outstanding! On the day of our wedding, Kaileigh was a calm, professional, and organized presence.
