Best part we are across the road from the nearest hotel so guests can walk to our venue AND up to 16 guests can sleep over at Greenock for the whole weekend - so many more happy memories. The outdoor patio is attached to the pavilion, creating an extra space that can be used for a ceremony, reception area, or dance floor. A second pavilion was completed in 2018 to provide reception space that is separate from the ceremony site, but within close proximity. John and Lynelle, our owners started out on a bicycle cart and grew their dream to what is now 5 locations (Charlottesville, and Crozet, VA as well as Charleston, SC) and an experimental coffee farm in Volcan Baru, Panama. Our 10th St location is our modern gem that has an 'at home' feel.
