We had our wedding reception at the Villa this September and it was everything we dreamed of and more! Biggest thanks to Ellen Jones (our event producer) and all the employees at this venue. The Villa is absolutely gorgeous. The grounds are amazingly kept and beautiful! Our reception was in the tent and it provided the indoor and outdoor feel we were looking for! The food was absolutely amazing! Our guests absolutely loved all the passed hors d’oeuvres and meals. The Villa made communicating and planning so easy for us! Ellen was an absolute gem. She communicated extremely well from beginning to end and made the whole process very easy. Our wedding reception was somewhat unique (we didn’t do our ceremony at the Villa and we wanted our wedding ceremony video to be played during cocktail hour) but Ellen made sure it was the exact vision I was aiming for. She sent many helpful tips throughout the process. We are forever grateful for Ellen and I hope everyone books with her and the Villa for the most seamless wedding process possible!

The Barker House by Wedgewood Weddings is hands-down the best option for a wedding. We toured the venue during the re-construction and re-branding process. They assured us that everything would turn out fine (and it did!). Venue/Space: We were the first wedding post-renovation to have an outdoor ceremony. The space is gorgeous and looks super sleek. It's enclosed yet felt so spacious. The cocktail hour and reception were inside the building which is absolutely stunning. It felt elegant, historic, but also comfortably homey. The whole venue is incredibly aesthetic. They did an amazing job with the place. Planning/Packages: The comprehensive packages are what really drew us to Wedgewood. It truly made the planning process SO much easier; the fact that the packages are so highly customizable helped make our special day the wedding of our dreams. They emphasized price transparency, and we were grateful for that as well. We decided to use other vendors for some aspects, and Wedgewood easily integrated their services into our wedding day. The Food: The food! Amazing!! We were gone during cocktail hour, but Paula set aside some of everything for us to try when we returned. We, and our guests, LOVED everything. The meatballs were incredible, the apple and brie phyllo apps were phenomenal, and the crab cakes were so good. During dinner, we again were super impressed. The prime rib, salmon, and chicken piccata were remarkable! We also added a mashed potatoes bar to be served at dinner, and that was a hit! They were phenomenal. For dessert, we brought our own cookies, which they were happy to set out for us, but we also added chocolate strawberries and a donut station. The donuts were a smash -- they were huge, fun, and absolutely delicious. For a late night bite, we added a nachos bar. Again, this was a great decision. So many people complimented the meat that came with those nachos. The food will definitely be a memorable aspect of our wedding! The Staff: The staff also helped make our wedding day a success. The general managers did transition several months into the planning process but this did not impact us in any way. When we met the new manager, Duncan, he was already familiar with us and our event and answered any and all of our many questions. Cassie was our wedding coordinator and was our main point of contact for the planning process. She was AMAZING! She was so much fun to work with and super helpful. She answered all of our questions super quickly and was able to solve any problem that we encountered. We also gave her a lot of autonomy in setting up the decorations that we brought, and she knocked it out of the park. On the day of the wedding, Cassie made sure that everything went smoothly and that we wouldn't have to worry about anything. We also met Lyric the day before our wedding during the rehearsal, but we wished we had met her sooner! She was such a ray of sunshine and helped our wedding day run smoothly. She checked in on us throughout the day to check if we needed anything. She was awesome. Paula was our banquet coordinator, and she was FABULOUS! She was so unbelievably kind, helpful, and always so eager to help us. We had accommodations that required all of the staff to have responsibilities beyond a traditional wedding at the Barker House, but Paula truly went above and beyond to make things go smoothly. Overall, the staff was incredible to work with, and they made our day so easy and one to remember.

The Saphire Estate was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From the moment we stepped onto the property we both knew this was where we would get married. From the booking process to the actual day of, their communication was clear, quick, informative, detailed and pleasant. My husband and I got married at Crestwood April 2024 and from the moment I met the wedding coordinator Melany and toured Crestwood for the first time I knew I would be getting married there. The venue is beautiful, the food was amazing and the staff were all friendly. (Plus my husband was happy to be getting married on a golf course) During the planning process Melany was available and very responsive when I had any questions. She was also open and honest about the wedding planning process and I always felt like I was just chatting with a friend through the year leading up to the wedding. On the day of the staff was very attentive to our needs in the bridal suite and were readily available with any questions or logistics I needed to sort out. I do not have one negative thing to say about my experience with Crestwood and if I could I would re-live the day again exactly how it was which was perfection! And even though we talked with multiple people throughout the planning process, everything was very cohesive and all of our requests were honored (with no exceptions whatsoever). We also enjoyed having our cocktail hour on the Rooftop at the Providence G. The vibes up there were immaculate, and we also loved the appetizers and drinks. Additionally, we received several compliments from our guests on the location. Everyone took advantage of how the venue is in the heart of downtown Providence to spend some time enjoying the city. It’s taken almost 2 months to even come up with the appropriate words to show the amount of gratitude we have to the hotel providence. From the moment we met, we knew it was a match. The chemistry was kismet, like where has kate been all my life?!? I hate that i don’t live in providence because I would have EVERY single event there always. We were one of her many COVID couples and literally had our food tasting the week before lockdown in NYC. Her flexibility and understanding of postponements, and keeping us informed on mandates and our options for everything was truly amazing. Now let’s get to the big weekend, from the SECOND we pulled up we were VIP’s all the way. Every member of the staff knew who we were and that it was our wedding weekend and i have never felt more special in my whole life. When i tell you that i didn’t stress out one bit because i just knew “Kate has this, Kate has this” and man she did! Every single detail was perfect. Everything was perfect. Every single person working the wedding was perfect. Food was EXCELLENT, like ten times better than the tasting. The hotel itself is absolutely perfect, the Rodger Williams suite was a great touch, loved being able to check on our dog from the wedding downstairs courtyard. I’ll be forever grateful to every single person that helped make this long loooong journey to the alter possible and for pulling off the greatest party that my friends and family are all still talking about. So if you want to feel like the most important person in the world, book with them.

With 3 onsite areas that would be considered suites it is perfect to host your wedding party from the evening before to the day after. The studio space itself is beautiful with gabled ceilings and a beautiful floor with a brick inlay that is of the original design. The outdoor spacing can host a small area for cocktails with great ambiance or just a courtyard to hang out. 782Wrentham was the perfect setting for our belated wedding reception. We had time to decorate and add personal touches on the morning of the event. My makeup artist (Gyna Paine) traveled to me and used the rental space as my bridal suite. The venue was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of seating and parking for 100 guests. For dinner, we all were seated under a large, well-lit tent. The vendors we hired (DJ/photo booth, dance floor, bar service, and catering) made for a unique event that wow-ed our family and friends. We’ll remember August 24th, 2024 forever.

I got married at Lake Pearl in July 2024, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From start to finish, the entire staff was an absolute dream to work with. They truly held my hand through the whole process, making everything feel so seamless and stress-free. One of the best parts was that the venue included beautiful floral centerpieces and a delicious cake, which took so much coordination off my plate. Their preferred vendors and the staff are like a well-oiled machine, working together flawlessly. Lake Pearl is also the perfect backdrop for photos, with a beach, dock, gardens, and tree-lined forest areas that provide diverse landscapes for stunning photo opportunities. I got married in the new Belvedere building, which is a showstopper filled with great lighting and tons of windows!
