Hi, My name is Marina Beitzel, I am the owner of Timeless Traditions. Planning my own wedding helped me to find my passion and talent within this industry and inspired me to share it with other couples going through a similar season of their lives. Wedding Day of Coordinating Includes: 1. Manage vendors and assist with problems or questions. 2. Manage wedding party 3. Manage vendor and decor set-up at ceremony and reception site. 4. Organize and distribute flowers to wedding party, family, and special guests. 5. Facilitate during wedding ceremony. 6. Set-up and break down table numbers/names, favors, toasting glass, and serving set per instructions. 7. Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during reception. 8. Ensure payment or vendor tips and final payments (if not already completed) 9. Manage vendors during reception/cocktail hour.

SCWE was born in 2018. It's been a labor of love and we have planned and executed over 200 weddings and events. We began as a one woman show and now have a full team of 3 planners and a handful of assistants.

Our goal is to wow and impress your guests and, of course, give you memories of a perfect event. We create a unique and memorable experience through imaginative decor.
